hi can anyone help i have a mega with orig. rom
i been trying to get footprints up and running however i seem to have a problem
when i install footprints+footcam can get it to work pefecly but home weather does`nt update anymore I have noticed that after install i have another LOCATION SETTINGS in my start/settings options
i think this is causing some type of conflict with home weather
any thoughts
is there a footprints cab that does`nt install location settings or is there a work around for home weather as its usless if the info. just stays the same all the time

Weather & Toggle Widget
I can use every aspect of the app except the MOST important feature,
The flip clock /w weather widget.
If I long press my desktop and select the "Weather & Flip Clock" widget, enter my zip or let it find my location (both don't work).
After I save there is a little grey box on my screen that just says
"Loading Data..." where the widget should be... It doesnt matter how long I leave it, it never loads into the widget. I have to long press it and drag it to the trash to stop it.
Anyone have any advice?
Use Beautiful Widgets instead, Weather Widget has bugs.
I got it to work. I had to un-install and re-install. All is well.
how you've done to fix it ? jsute re-install because on my x10 i can pick zip code or location and there is no meteo on the widget

I installed cHome editor to change and delete some the panels. there was a option to add a weather panel.. i have had it since..
UNTIL.. i recently updated the ROM and lost everything of course.. installing what i need back on the phone and this time i have no option for weather in cHome editor.
I don't want an alternative weather plugin i want what back what i had, but no idea how to get it back, so i need your help!
The weather plugin was very simple when i first installed it you tap once enter your town and thats it it will update everytime you tap the weater panel you can scroll left and right for 5 day weather.. with pictures low and high temp ect..
its similar to titanium weather but titanium weather operates differently and displays more information..
if you could help me get my old weather panel back, i would be most thankful!

i have sense weather enabled on my home tab with weather tab disabled and its not updating, is there a workaround for this? i dont wanna enable the weather tab as it gives me sod.
btw, anyone knows of a third party weather app that could work with sense on this matter?

theres a widget from xperia play before the first update on 2.3.3 before 'themes' was added a standard 4x1 status switcher the usual turning off wifi etc. Much neater than the 3x2 switcher , anyone dump me the apk please?
I'd help you out but I'm on cyanogenmod right now, but I'm pretty sure there was a system dump posted a while ago, you might have some luck there. I had the same problem before switching over and just went with Widgetoid from the market, its highly customisable (and free) the only thing it can't do is directly toggle your gps (gingerbread restriction).

I know most of the custom ROMs got rid of this, but I put it back on cuz I liked the stock widget, and I ended up liking the weather widget. My question is about the weather widget; anyone using it, when u set it to 'current location' does it change when u go form one place to another or does it locate you that one time with GPS and then just keep showing u that town? Mine is not switching from place to place and I want to see if my settings or gps is messed up or if that is just how the widget is.
