Dena clock can be found here:

It is located in the "Autoinstall Folder" of the 'AxLor Leo' ROM. But I don't know if you can use it with other ROMs than 'AxLor Leo'.

New menu in attachment.
Or if You meant Start menu icons - there is a file "oemicons.dll" in Windows directory, You can change with Restorator in ex.
Or You can try the Snap icon.cab - backup hardly recomended !

Tried to install this on my wm6.1 standard, no changes. please advise

Problem????
Go to your Device's \Application Data\HTC\ProgLauncher Folder and delete all the *.bmg files inside. These are icon caches that will be recreated upon next boot.
You can del SoftReset.bmp in "My Device > Application Data > HTC > ProgLauncher\" folder! Use Icon changer change icon pic! Add Quicklink SoftReset.lnk in Home Tab again!
