New menu in attachment.
Or if You meant Start menu icons - there is a file "oemicons.dll" in Windows directory, You can change with Restorator in ex.
Or You can try the Snap icon.cab - backup hardly recomended !

Tried to install this on my wm6.1 standard, no changes. please advise

Go to: http://pocketnow.com/software-1/more-proof-the-htc-hd2-has-576mb-of-ram and look at the bottombar, i don't have this nice bar.
How can i get it, or is it on newer or cooked ROM only?

So it's nothing i can get without using a cooked ROM then?
It's a different version of Windows Mobile (6.5.3 in this case) so yes, you need a cooked ROM for that.
