Can someone please explain how to use different themes with M2D? First of all, M2D was already cooked in the ROM that I am using (NFSFAN 6.5 1.00). How do I know which version of M2D I am using? How do I know which of these many themes I can use? I haven't been able to change the theme yet without muffing up the Home screen. I'm using M2DC to apply the themes (or more importantly, to restore after the muffing). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
From searching for ROM it looks like Mega Manila to which M2DC is not compatible.
Check this thread for themes, some will be .cabs others will be .zips that need the files copied into Win Dir.
Thanks. Is Mega Manila the same as M2D 2.0? I have animated weather screen....does that give any clue?

Sorry it won't work. You need to install a Desire HD rom that has all the apps/settings needed.
Anyone willing to try and port this skin to one of the current sense rom released?

I tried Blackboard and blackboard test but thats the one with the blackboard looking scene. I want the transparent theme in the pictures the status bar and expresso launcher look transparent compared to the blackboard which is very dark and looks like a chalkboard

Hi I currently rooted my device LG OPTIMUS M, and Installede Metamorph, I found a theme I like ALOT !!! and when I try to install the theme this error comes up
the theme you selected is invalid because the theme control file could be missing or is incorrectly written (please contact theme creator)
this is the 1st time I try to apply a theme and I would be greatly thankful if someone could help me I'm sick of this GDE theme I have ... thanks in advanced

Hi,
For a start the thme you are trying to apply is not designed for your phone.
Edit: the reason it is giving you errors is that the theme you are trying to install is a theme that needs to be flashed from recovery. metamorph will only handle files that were designed for iit.

i want to know plz,i download everytime few themes and few pf them like icehd got dialer skin in the theme,my question is,everytime when i change the skin only the wallpaper and lock screen change,not the icons and not the dialer
what im duing wrong???
and another question if i download only icons how do i enable them?
i know in miui i can choose what to change from the skin but in other roms i cant?

If your talking about the sense 3.5 skins fire ICS it's cause they used a flashable theme for the ROM the skins don't change the dialer or icons you have to use a permanent flashable zip you can find them around or in the ICS fixes and mods thread
