Hi guys....
I've recently tried to "swipe" my stylus over words tha tI have typed but instead of the wrods being hightlighted.... this arrow comes up which then causes my words to be "MOVED" to the end of the tip of the arrow... something like a MOVE function...
Had to soft reset my XDA Mini before I could highlight my words again...
What's the arrow doing and how did I activate it?
what type of keyboard you are using?
this seems really weird!
I tried to do the same on my XDA, but nothing happened! no arrows appeared or anything! :?
don't know if it's the same arrow, but this thread

said it has something to do PZP , but is already solved in the current version
Is there a way to make a certain type of keyboard layout your default keyboard? Just wanted to know because everytime I restart my Fuze the keyboard that always pops up is the grey one with the little letters that are too small to press with your fingers.
Funny, I´ve just answered a post similar than yours.
Doing a little search I found it!:

thanks for the help
No problem
So I have an HTC Fuze with a recent NRG rom on it. It has been working fine for the past month but today after sending a text then locking it right after, the keyboard input seems to have gotten changed. I first noticed when the question mark button put a slash instead. Then I realized that the entire top row of keys were #'s 1-9 like on a comp keyboard. I figured the keyboard selector got changed but it was still on the Pro keyboard. I checked advanced config as well and no changes there. Any advice?
Here's a shot at it:
If the Keyboard Selector says it's using the Fuze keyboard, change it to the Touch Pro layout.
Soft-Reset.
Switch it back to the Fuze layout.
Soft-Reset, and reply with results.
Worked for me, thanks!
I was curious about my Swype keyboard on my Galaxy.
I hit something by accident and the input keyboard area turned into a bunch of big buttons with arrows and direction on them.
Anyone know what this is or how to get it to show again?
I hit the return key fast before I realized it was too late. lol
Thanks.

Swype from the tips key (the one in the bottom left) to the SYM key (the one to the right of it) and you'll pull up a new set of inputs designed to help you navigate text.
for me the swype keyboard keeps freezing and i have to switch inputs to the regular keyboard, then back to swype to reset it. it will last for about a day then freezes up again. I'm running a stock rom on evo 3d. im planning on rooting and running a custom rom, but i was wondering if it happens to more than just my phone.
(Mods you can delete this thread now, I figured it out)
To anyone who is rooted and having problems with the keyboard dock keys not working, DO NOT touch com.asus.keyboard. It will screw up the top access keys if you do anything to that process.
