Hi all,
I tried the SenseUI port from Paul and love the PDFViewer (reformat the text). I tried to extract the apk file but it doesn't seem to run on CM 5.0.5.3 ROM. Does anyone know how to get this app running in CM ROM?

Edit: Just to clarify, when I say "stock" I mean the keyboard that comes with the AOSP ROMs.
With some help I was able to install the android keyboard by pushing the LatinIME.apk to /system/app and the libjni_latinime.so file to /system/lib.
The only problem now is it does not recognize the dictionary. Does anyone know of a solution?
Also tried to push the UserDictionaryProvider.apk to system/app but that did not work (force closed).
Please, anyone can help me to produce a usable STK for the lastest stock Sapphire ROM (Froyo 2.2.1) ?
I tried with apkmanager (that uses apktool) to recompile Stk.apk without sharedUserId: this make apk installable. But the program does not work...

Thank you, but the problem is that the program does not work. Further, when I try to install (pm install Stk.apk) it give me the error INSTALL_FAILED_SHARED_USER_INCOMPATIBLE.
This is true for all stock ROMs (like Froyo on MyTouch3G/Magic/NexusN/NexusS..)
I tried another ROM (CM 6.1, very good ROM by the way..)
But even if STK menu appears, it does not work !!

Maybe stupid question, but i couldn't find answer.
When i will copy all sense files and framework-res.apk with some of apps and jar files from /system/framework folder from 2.2 hero or legend custom rom to 2.2 rom in my spica will it work??

Im looking for original stock Camera apk. Im on sense 2.1, 2.3.3. I tired downloading different ROMs and extracting their camera apk to see if its the same but they are not. I also tried getting the RUU, extracting the ROM and using unyaffs to open the system.img but its not working for me. If anyone can provide me with the Camera apk I would appreciate it.

EDIT: Never-mind I fixed the problem
Does anyone have a standaole Cyanogenmod Messaging apk I can push to /system/app or install on another ROM? I looked in the latest nightly zip, and did not find an Mms.apk. I also flashed the ROM just to make sure it was there, and yes it was. I also looked inside the /system/app folder on my phone after it installed, and I did not see an Mms.apk. Where is it stored?

It's located in system/priv-app. No idea when/why it moved there. Also, if you flash the Paranoid Android GAPPS package (first one with everything), it automatically removes the AOSP/CM Mms.apk included. Hope this helps! Going to write a small tutorial as to how to avoid this problem in the future.
