I have a unit a htc touch pro 2 which was bought in hongkong (english version). Now i want to upgrade it to ROM windows 6.5. Based on the HTC support service that the device is Hong Kong Traditional Chinese version. You should download the Traditional Chinese version of Windows Mobile 6.5 Rom code from htc website.If i upgrade using this rom will the characters change into chinese language. Also wanted to ask about the hspl. thanks again for the help everyone

I am a newbie to this forum and am set on purchasing a Samsung i908 phone soon. I am based in Hong Kong and the only official version they have here are installed with chinese windows.

I recently bought new Motorola A3100 (windows mobile 6.1 pro) via ebay on chinese language, so I wonder, is there any way to change UI language to english? (does motorola gives any public updates of win mo, so I can eventually download english version, and overwrite chinese language)?

The most esier way is when you could find a English ROM (OS) for the A3100. I am not sure you will find anything regarding the Motorola in this forum.This forum deals mostly with devices made by HTC.

Can somebody tell me where i can find the official dutch HTC Touch Pro rom?
I have an english version, and then run the dutch rom update, later I updated with a english rom update and now i can't find a dutch rom.
I can only choose the englisch version from the HTC website.

I got a T-Mobile UK Branded HTC ChaCha and I had used a GoldCard to Flash it to
RUU_Chacha_hTC_Asia_TW_1.25.709.1_Radio_47.17.35.3033H_7.48.35.14_2_release_199798_signed
Which is a Traditional Chinese ChaCha Rom from Taiwan but Still doesnt show CIME (Chinese Input). Where a Retail Version From Taiwan have Handwriting, Cangjie, PinYin and BOPOMOFO.

When buying an Asian version of an HTC Desire S (Saga), after a hardreset, the language pack available is English + some asian languages. To have European languages, I need to register to Android market and download « More Local 2 » to have these languages (GER FRE, …).
How is it possible to reflash the phone to have these immediately after a hardreset ? Is it possible to find an application like HardSPL for Windows Mobile phones ?
