Softwares Required?

guyz i searched alot but couldnt find a direct solution for this....
can anyone tell me which softwares i require for my DOPOD 838 PRO to make it look stylish i mean for its skinnin process....
currently i have WISBAR ADVANCE 2 so i jus wannt which other softwares u guyzzz have or use..... like pocketbreeze, pcxshut (i dunno what these do and are jus heard their name in the forum alot)....

upgrade to wm6 ?

hey guys m really sry .. if i am sounding dumb .. but plz help me .. i have o2 xda exec and have windows mobile 5 in it .and want to upgrade it to (Jwrightmcps Crossbow ROM 2.02.02 WWE) soo can ne1 tell me the procedure hw to do that step by step .. if possible .. bcuz m new to dis and dnt noe nethin bout it ... if possible can ne1 send me the link of video or picture which show step by step how 2 upgrade it .... thanx ... and sry 1ce again .... japun

You can start from step 3

wat to do b4 that ... sry m new ... hope u understant my prob .

1)download the ROM
2)put the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe file in the ROM folder
3)put the device into bootloader mode(backlight+power+soft-reset button)
4)click on MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe on the desktop

Step 4 in the link above...its all there, just follow it

but how to do that?? the maupgradeut_noid seems to work with .nbf roms file, and jwright's is an .exe... it's made for wwe devices, what if mine is ITA??

Then read through the Jwright thread for instructions...if you run the exe, but then dont update the device, the files will be extracted to a temporary directory for you. It is all in the thread...
If you really aren't confident doing such a procedure, maybe you should stick to the standard stuff - there is the potential to brick your device if you do it wrong

and what would be this standard stuff?

I'm trying to extract Magician ROMs, but I cannot find any tools on the internet.
Is there any documentation on the format of the OS ROM?

Radio Needed

hey ppl......feel gr88 to be bak in dis forum. after a long long time it feels gr88 to be a proud owner of dis phone again.
Just wanted radios 1.15 n 1.18 for the uni. had it earlier but deleted em as i thought i wont be needing them again. wud be gr8ful if sum1 can upload it for me. checked everywhere but cud not find a working link. also can any1 point me to a gud recent Rom which shud hav a decent ram left and shud look a bit like those wm6.5. pleaaaaaaaseee

Rom for wm6.5

hi,
just now i got this baby (p4350) from my brother.. i want to upgrade it.. it has wm6.0.. i will use all features of this mobile and i want a good/clean rom file which has good touch features and all windows features.. (English file) i am from india.. i am new to this world but have good experience in flashing sony ericsson mobile so this baby wont be a problem or me.. i will learn.. just i need rom file..
it should have ltos of features (touch) and i should be able to install java games ans softwares in it (in current wm6.0 i am able to install but not play.. ).. so please guide me to how to get rom files..

How about I make you a custom ROM.. Check out my TribU2U ROMs and let me know which style you would like.. I have three ROMs total.. And then we can work out details for what you want under the hood.. If ya like what I do for ya you can buy me a beer , lol..

Lol. I was kidding about that. Anything you get from cooks on XDA is free.
Just download the HardSPL folder and run the 3 cab files in that folder and then run the RomUpdateUtility.
Then take out that .nbh file in the HardSPL folder and put a ROM of your choice in and run the RomUpdateUtility again..

hmm.. i was learning that.. you compressed all instruction in few lines... i want rom files... latest with all features of windows with more storage but applications should not be ripped off... i dont want touch flo etc.. i just want normal heralds rom... as i dont like touch flos screen..

make that two of us. i have a dopod c800 and would like to upgrade it to something higher. don't mind buying someone a beer either as long as its not some fancy imported sheet
