Back in February I decided to have a go at making a coloured glass digital clock to match a nice wallpaper I found.
It was as much an exercise in understanding how manila images work and learning how to use the tools as it was about creating another yet another digital clock for Manila 2.5.
I made a nice 'black glass' clock and was quite pleased with the results. However, I realised that I would need need some other colours as I had in the meantime several different coloured wallpapers.
Some 6 weeks later, I have about 20 different coloured clocks, all pretty much in the same 'glass' style. So I decided to share in case anyone else out there is interested in this style of clock...

Green 'glass'...
You can install each clock as usual using the cab files attached in the next posts. In most cases, I have included a screenshot to give you an idea of how the clock will look before you install it. Uninstalling is done, as usual, via Settings/Remove Programs. If any of the previous sentence does not make any sense to you, you probably should not install these cabs...!
The clocks should work without installing any additional files, but I did make the clocks after installing other cabs (mainly to do with transparency), so please let me know if there is something missing!
The clocks work on Manila 2.5.1920 because that is what I have on my HD2. I think they should also work on 1921 (but I cannot guarantee it) and I haven't got a clue about other versions.
In order to answer a few obvious questions before they are asked...
No. I won't be making clocks 'to order'...
No. I won't be making versions for other versions of Manila...
The wallpapers are not mine. But they are available on this forum from the usual suspects. I cannot remember who posted which wallpaper, so credit goes to all of them...
Transparent Task-and Softkey bars using HDWall (search for it to get it)...
Transparency cabs are mostly 'Touch X' (from Smaberg?) and AntonioMistretta and are all available in the sticky at the top of this forum...
Glass Icons are from Jaguaralani
The glass slider is from Dinik
I'll also include somewhere one zip file with all cabs if the site will let me.

Hello to all guys, this is the first set of 128x128 pixel icons, complete with the addition of some extra icons (a total of 148 items, 32 extra icons). I added a link to a zip file containing all the icons, the user Steve0007 effected the creation of a cab auto-install.
In the event you want to customize your system icons or your own, remember to use all of CSMI. For the icons that do not work, dinik recommend:
Go to Device\Application Data\HTC\ProgLauncher; and remove the titles. Bmg from the title of the icons that do not you work

I marked the white on the edge, I removed that effect on the grainy side dishes should be fine now. According to you .... should I change the background for each icon? For example: People = Orange, as the icon of orange as the main color ...

It will definately be done by the weekend, just need to collect some core manila files now which I had already applied to my rom, (like all the transparency)
And also see if theres any thing else I could improve on, have you or anyone else got any improvement suggestions?

Many people installing the outstanding Cookie Home Tab don't like the default style of the battery icons and signal bars installed by CHT. Of course the graphics installed by CHT have to be with a default style, like the original taskbar icons.
This is a rework of the file 6467A103_manila installed by CHT with battery and signal bar modded to fit with my taskbar:

I made two versions of the cab and the only difference is the locker icon in the home page. This mod changes also the page indicator of CHT.
This is a screen of the file 6467A103_manila skinned:

NOTE:
Probably this will be a temporary mod. As you can see the battery indicator icons don't show the level in steps of 1%. This is due to the fact that Co0kieMonster used for his CHT Manila Locker from Kisja & Amarullz.
Co0kieMonster for the next releases of CHT will try a way (hope there will be ) to use the icons of phcanOverbmp.dll, so there will be no more the need to "skin" this file to match with the taskbar is used, because the icons will be the same of the ones used for the taskbar. I really hope that the monster wich Co0kieMonster is , will find a way to do it.

I have US stock rom, and I have Cookies 1.7 installed on my phone.

Mate, you have two choices:
1 - Uninstall this my mod so that the icons of Cookie Home Tab will have the same style of the stock taskbar
or
2 - Install my taskbar

Thanks to Franwella (initial interest), Ovi (used his awesome Hero clock as a base), Kangmas (cfg_gui tuition to make this possible).
Thanks to Rat_2665 for assistance with Creating Cab file.
Instructions for World Cup Clock
1. Install Original CHT Analogue Clock
2. Replace 20F62884_manila with the manila file attached (back up first)
3. Soft Reset
Instructions for Mini Cooper Clock
1. Install MiniCooper_Analogue Clock.cab
Restart Sense
3. Enable second hand in CHTE options if desired.
NB CHT Retractable Slider Mini Cooper images included in cab file.
Tested on CHT 1.8.5
PS The cup will be added when we win it on the 11th July

Thanks tictac. I had one of the first Pepper White Mini's till my wife made me get rid of it, as everywhere we went as a family, we had to use her car.

suggestion: the background, maybe a 45 degree angle to the right, some oversized,softbrushed blurring at 30% opacityaround the edges. then give the actual weather icon a slight outerglow for some "pop"

what do you mean when you say lava? I have a small collection of lava lamp icons/pngs/psds if you need. Some are jpgs that need to be put into png form and some are ones that I've actually purchased from the designers. Let me know if that is the kind of things you could use.

I have seem some really wonderful clocks for Co0kie Home Tab 2.0 here. What I was really hoping to find is an arrangement where these clocks can be installed as optional clocks for Co0kie Home Tab so that I could switch from the default clocks to these nice clocks, without completely overwriting the original Co0kie clocks.
Alternatively, there could be custom Co0kie home Tabs 2.0 or higher with several of these clocks pre-installed as additional clock options, intead of just the few that come pre-installed with Co0kie Home Tab.
Also could the installation process be made much simpler for those of us who are not so savvy in these customization matters?

If you can just follow the instructions that is posted #1, (starting from the word Copy or cut) then just put any Weather Icons you want in there 1-44. Hit a softreset. Got your weather
Any1 have a problem with the cpu usage? When I install any of the cabs attached in the post #1 there are some mort script.exe which uses 100% of the cpu
