I like the stock keyboard, but I have always find the vibration too annoying - though, I still want some vibrations. Again, its just here to share with you guys.
Do help each other troubleshoot.

[Theme] Updated 09/16 0.2 Evophone 7 cm6.0 and 09/15 nightly

This thing was inspired by newone757 (Layout thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=781455) and and his beautiful looking icons and idea. I ended up modifying the elegant steel theme as some of it meshed well with this concept and added some spiffed up the transition animations. This is in it's early stage and needs to be cleaned up some but i'm throwin it out there so hopefully I can get some feed back.

Good app to have for this is Colors and the Author is Tim Clark, you can find it on the market. It basically lets you choose from a variety of solid color wallpapers.
The animations have a little more pop to them if you set the transition speed to slow in spare parts.

I've been planning to theme the AOSP dialer but I think I may not need to now. I love the minimal look on that one

Updated a few thing to make it look a lot better see first post for changelog. I also found that this theme runs smooth on 09/15 but not so much when I flash snap kernal 7.6. I am running it perfeclty on 9/14's nightly with snap turbo though.

Wow.. Once I saw the first swipe at this "7" concept, I knew there would be more goodies to follow... Since Elegant Steel is a pretty much grey/black/white theme, i'm seeing a version of this which has all of the large elements to it and page titles, but only in a gradient theme with no color.
Hopefully one of the launcher developers adds this functionality to ADW or LP in a more automated process, as its still somewhat of a hack to get the finished look.

Is Snap simply not working on the nightly's past 9/14 then? I believe Spicytuna or Shift said in the Snap thread that the kernel size changed in the stock kernel after that, so that may be the reason.

I'm loving the theme. Is there a way to speed up the market cause search results take forever to pop up also, is there a way to fix the lay over on the search bar? Apart from these issues, wonderful job to all the people who made this possible.

- Enter Enlightenment -
After the excessive prettiness that was Reincarnation, DK decided to go back to the drawing board...again. What more could he do that could be done on a Sense 1.0 rom while still keeping things fresh? How about incorporating some Jellybean elements into the Sense 1 framework for starters? Influenced by the minimalism of the Holo design. The idea of adding Holo progress bars, Jellybean notifications and using Jellybean animations were born. I've been flirting and falling in love with ICS/JellyBean so why not emulate the look and feel?!
The next idea was to trim the excess fat off the Rom. The easiest thing would be to strip away the Sense elements but that would be kind of senseless and boring. The solution was to tone down the Sense 4 look and use of transparencies in favor again of the Holo design. By going with mono, darker, and flatter textures, png sizes have been greatly reduced. Also combined with the use of other techniques, I have trimmed the system files by 100mb from the last version. The Rom sizes kept going up with each new release until V8 finally went over the 200mb mark. I wasn't going to let that trend continue on V9. Clocking in at a lean 165mb zip, its by far the lightest version I've ever made! Ram and performance is much more efficient now. 'Balance' has been the key theme throughout the making of V9
As much as I've been heaping praises on Jellybean, the final phase of development was to take another look at Sense and give some of its identity back. Inspired by the look of the latest Sense trends, the idea of turning the stock clock into a 3x2 widget and adding Sense 5 icons were introduced. I have traveled far and wide through the Sense landscape, from the HTC One to HTC Butterfly, even to the EVO LTE for inspiration. To mix all these visual elements together, while focusing more this time on the performance side of things has been the greatest task. It has definitely been an "enlightening" experience making V9.
The series has come full circle. Enjoy the journey.

- support for 30+ languages(french, italian, japanese, korean, chinese, vietnamese, german etc.) through most of the OS. shouldn't have to use an app like MoreLocale anymore unless there is a language i'm missing or didn't feel compelled to include in my rom.

i have none of those features yet but these will be added to my "things to work on" list for the future which means... i've got alot of work to do..
if you got a modded zip that can flash quick settings or sense 3.0 lockring on a stock Sense 1.0, 4.67 odex rom feel free to do so. but the goal is to keep this rom simple and stock sorta like a Sprint Lover's type rom.
perhaps when i add those features you mention in, it will be an entirely new rom.

alright i added a video of the ROM in action to the OP if anyone is on the fence or is just curious.. it's just a quick 4 min. run-down and yes i even screen recorded the bootanimation too.. just a quirky way of presenting things cuz i havent seen any people done that yet with ScreenRecorder...

Great ROM, good first start. Just a few things:
1. Download was slow as heck (use dev-host or goo-inside me etc.)
2. Doesn't make me a sandwich.
3. Keep voice search and live wallpapers.
4. Won't make EVO dual core S4 w/ 1GB of RAM
Other than those (major) issues, great work man. Been looking to go back to stock from deck's ICS, because I apparently, actually need a daily driver to get stuff done. Good work

thanks man! apapreciate the feedback and i agree i kinda wanted to get away from the sense 3.0/3.5, ICS roms for a bit and go back to the roots.

Um, it kind of won't flash, lol. Look at my updated post. LOOKS great. Won't flash though . I've always had a soft spot for the stock experience, as it always seems to me the most functional and fluid of anything I've tried. Of course, plenty of tweaks, themes and optimizations thanks to superuser abilities always help

You can flash amon ra then nandroid flash this rom then flash back to cwm.

sorry about the inconvenience buddy! when i zipped up the rom i didn't use an updater-script or edify script which i believe is compatible with CWM. i never have used CWM. i've heard more cons about CWM than there are pros with AmonRa. it's just a more reliable Recovery so i stuck with AMonRa ever since i rooted....but yeah what Volk said.

Extended quick settings
Custom kernel (I'd suggest lionfish, what I always use. Use with permission).
GPU UI Rendering
Get me leftover pizza and soda from the fridge (dead serious).
Otherwise, it's actually really smooth, and runs great. Awesome job.
EDIT: Yeah, I flashed Amon RA. The only reason I don't use it is because it doesn't support the capacitive buttons, and my power and volume buttons are getting worn down from all the recovery booting/flashing lol.

thanks Diablo, keep up the good work with your roms and i dunno why i picked fileserve lol. the hosting sites that came to mind were fileserve and mediafire.. devhost is a nice place, must be the new place that everyone hosts their roms now..

[MOD] Lockscreen Mod, including SystemUI changes

Hi there,
I decided to share some changes I made to the UI, mostly to the Lockscreen as I didn't like Moto's icons.
This is "take it or leave it" If you don't agree to the things I like, please do it by yourself or leave this package alone.
This is a CWM-package, install it from there. The package will replace framework-res.apk, SystemUI.apk and MotGallery.apk and will delete the *.odex files, so this Mod works for odexed and deodexed systems JB 91.2.26001 en.EU.
What I did:
(framework-res.apk)
- changed icons for new lockscreen (AOSP style)
- removed the silent switch
- removed phone and messaging shortcut
- removed the SOS icon
- removed the dividers
- new lockscreen circle
- reworked the music lockscreen widget
- changed blue gradient background in many apps to solid black (since v1.4)
- changed LED blinking rate from 800/3200ms to 500/1500ms
- 2 versions to flash: Notification LED in green (standard) or blue, see attachments
(SystemUI.apk)
- removed the carrier label in status bar completely
- changed the GSM signal to standard Holo color (blue)
- reworked the standard battery icon to fit the blue of the clock, made it slightly smaller and nicer (especially the red battery icon)
- reworked signal cluster completely, no gap anymore between Wifi and GSM icon
Caution: in order to get the white camera icon working, I needed to change the standard camera icon of MotCamera.apk - so this apk will be exchanged too!
Caution: Since version 2.0 there is no need to change MotCamera.apk anymore, so I left it out of the CWM package. If you flashed the old LockscreenMod and want the stock camera (with a new fancy blue icon, see screenshot!) back, just flash JB-Camera.zip in CWM, too. This must only be done once! Clear cache and dalvik afterwards.
If you never flashed my Mod before, you don't need to flash Camera (but you may if you want).

And please make a backup first, just for your convenience.

- added a transparent music widget for v2.0-blue (date and carrier half transparent too)
Update 2.1
- lock circle stays in same position now, regardless if music widget is active or not
- removed carrier label, so that lock circle is in the lower third (you can see carrier if you slide down status bar)
- full date instead of abbreviated weekday (Germany only)
- from now on I will only maintain the "blue LED/transparent widget" version, as I use it myself

It's only possible to change the color for ALL notifications. Standard color (Mail, SMS, unreceived call, GMail) is green. Yes, this could be changed, but only for all apps together.
If you need separate colors, use LightFlow from market.

BLACK background instead of the blueish gradient tint in most apps and settings, looks so much nicer now. Try it with black themed Messaging.apk, looks really wonderful.

Nothing I ldon't like how the blue circle looks at all, and the white gets truncated when sound widget is visible, so I've removed both them. It looks simpler, but I like it. I'll upload picture tommorow.

Although I didn't want to update, I took your inspiration to create a new (half) lockscreen circle with a small blue one, see screenshots in OP.

But it is not AOSP style, look at my screenshot
Personally I prefer the smaller standard clock, but you may change it by yourself in /res/values/styles.xml in SystemUI.apk
Interesting though that I removed the "-6.0dip" margin at the Wifi icon and we can see now, that AOSP has it in, it overlaps the signal bar... sigh. Thought this was Motorola's fault.
Sure you can use everything in your mod if you like it!
(i.e. it costs $10 per changed code line )

Sorry to be a noob, but how do I edit SystemUI.apk? All my versions of apktool and aapt fail when trying to decompile it, and in 7zip I cannot find /res/values/

Are you the one person downloading?
I updated the mod minutes after that, because the unlock button was slightly screen off. Look at your lock icon when unlocking, if it's capped, you have the wrong package, just download again.

Your standard BlackOutPack is missing the MotCamera.apk - you used the old framework in that package, this should be together in that case, as the "old" lockring uses the icon of the MotCamera.apk.
Either add the cam, or use only the new AOSP package, there is no changed camera needed. Just FYI to minimize support requests

Installation Instructions
INSTALLATION (VRTheme)
Before I start, I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest thanks to following guys who made this possible: PULSER, SESHMARU, D.O.C and MATRIAK31
Requirements:
- You need ClockWorkMod (CWM) or Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP) custom recovery
- You need a ROM that is Touchwiz (Samsung ROM) based without any themes or mods installed
- Make a Nandroid backup just in case before flashing
- If you have any other mods (like phone with no increasing ringtone or call recording) the please remove it. You will flash it after
- Remove all mods, you will flash it/them after
- With a root explorer, navigate to /system/app and rename BrowserProviderProxy.apk to BrowserProviderProxy.apk.bak
- Patience, installation is just little bit longer
FOR EARLIER VERSIONS OF DOMINATION (UP TO v1.8.1):
- Download the .ZIP file and do not unzip it
- Copy the .ZIP file to your INTERNAL SD card
- Boot your phone into CWM/TWRP (hold Vol Up, Home & Power Button)
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Select 'Install ZIP from SD Card'
- Select 'Choose Zip from SD Card'
- Then select the .ZIP file you downloaded
- Install
- Reboot
- After this you only have to enjoy

[SIZE=+1]***If you want to install either AOSP Messaging app***[/SIZE]
Before installing either of these apps through the Domination installer, you need to backup all your messages because installing either of these will WIPE ALL OF YOUR EXISTING MESSAGES. I suggest using an app such as SMS Backup & Restore which is what I used and it worked perfectly. I just installed the new Messaging app and afterwards I had no messages. Then I used SMS Backup & Restore to Restore all my messages, and no problems at all.
[SIZE=+1]***If you use OG Battery Mod (i.e. latest Omega) or have an imaged battery***[/SIZE]
Before installing Domination you will need to download the theme zip to your computer and open it with a program like 7Zip. Navigate to the vrtheme/system/priv-app/SystemUI.apk/layout folder and delete status_bar.xml then close the zip and copy it to your phone. If you don't then you will get SystemUI force close errors. Also DO NOT install Battery % mod or No AM/PM mod otherwise you will have major issues.
[SIZE=+1]***If you want to install AOSP Dialer & Contacts apps***
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS CAREFULLY - THIS COULD LEAD TO BRICKING YOUR PHONE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!!!!![/SIZE]
Ok now to get these apps to work, a modified version of the services.jar file has to be installed into /system/framework. This is to disable signature check to allow the non-Samsung apps to be installed. Some ROM devs will already do this or modify other things in services.jar in their ROM. I can't check every single ROM, so that means if YOU are running a custom ROM then YOU need to check with your ROM dev to see if they have. If the ROM already has signature checking disabled then please open the zip with a program like 7Zip, navigate to aroma/aosp/ContactsDialer/system/framework and delete the services.jar that's in there. Then close the zip and push it to your device. After installing Domination and rebooting, you will then need to sync your Google account to get all your contacts back.
Before installing these apps you need to sync all your contacts with your Google account because they WILL BE WIPED! Also in Aroma Installer you MUST choose to install either of the AOSP Messaging apps (see instructions above about the steps needed before installing them) or you will have the Samsung Messaging app not work at all.
1. Download Domination v2.4 NG from the link above either to your phone OR to your computer and copy it to your phone
2. Reboot your phone into recovery (restart the phone and hold the power button and volume up until you see the recovery text at the top left)
3. DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING!!!!!!!! My good friend and super themer extraordinaire @Spannaa has written a script for me which wipes the cache and dalvik cache automatically. DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING!!!!!!!
4. Click 'Install Zip' and then navigate to where Domination v2.4 zip is stored and then click to install it
5. Aroma Installer will boot up. Follow the prompts and choose which apps and mods you would like to install, then let the installer do its thing.
6. Once it's all done, click Finish and your device will reboot. Simple
DONE! NOW YOU CAN ENJOY THE AOSP BEAUTY OF DOMINATION!!!

Latest Release - v2.5 NJ
Ladies and gentlemen,
Without further ado I would like to present to you...
[SIZE=+4]DOMINATION v2.5 NJ[/SIZE]
It is based on completely stock I9500XXUGNJ1 & I9505XXUGNJ8 KitKat 4.4.2 firmware but ***MAY*** work on other similar firmwares and custom ROMs based on them. PLEASE take a Nandroid backup before testing and please report in the thread if it did work or not and what firmware you are on.
So let's take a look at what's different in v2.5, shall we?
I have themed a couple of new apps, first one being the Clock...
Next one being the Gallery...
And last one being the Internet...
I have also made a few fixes which had been bugging me for a while. First one being the text on all popup menus starting in the correct position...
Second one being the buttons on the Camera...
Third one is the size of the AOSP Lock Screen handles and icons...
Fourth one is the Notification Panel in Settings...
Fifth one is the Calculator buttons...
And last, but certainly not least, I have updated the vibration toggle to be closer to AOSP...
As well as all of those new additions, I have also fixed a few items that needed addressing in previous versions, to give you the most complete AOSP theme I can.

[THEME] Touchwiz...ish Theme for LG G3 v1.3.3

Hello everyone!
I'd like to present the first "real theme" for LG G3
The story behind is that I just hate LG's UI, it's so childish and cartoonish and just awfull so I wanted to change that, I want a different theme, a better one.
First I wanted a stock theme but for that everyone can flash a stock aosp rom and for G3 roms there are plenty of aosp theme and then it hit me...Samsung...Touchwiz...more precisely Galaxy S7's Touchwiz so I started working on that and trust me, LG's own framework is a pain in the a*s. It was so difficult and hard to get that but finally I did it.
So now I present you my theme, Touchwiz...ish Theme for LG G3 (based on Fulmics 4.2)
Compatibility:
Fulmics 4.2 for now. Should be compatible with any stock MM rom but you may lose a few tweaks!
Changelog:

SystemUI - light theme, clear all button, animation and icons from touchwiz (wifi, bluetooth, data, dnd, flashlight, nfc, sync, sound, rotation, location, airplane, battery saver and edit buttons for now)
- V1.1
SystemUI - moving from Dryka SystemUI to Fulmics one, more stable and much more customization option from his rom (don't know if it's going to work with other roms, you'll just have to try it)
- "clear all" buton change to match samsung's one
- changed notification padding to look better
- better animation for recent apps page
Framework-res - making overall action bar bigger
- changind overall action bar icons to match stock marshmallow and touchwiz
- changing stock actionbar color to samsung's blue one
- animation from touchwiz
- dividers, switches and more icons from touchwiz

SystemUI - Thank's to Paphonb now we have a new statusbar
- Better padding for brightness and volume
- White dropdown background for notification panel
- Added connectivity buttons (with option for removing any of them)
- Added quick settings edit panel, with more quicksettings
- Removed unnecesary toggles
- Cleaner system icon in status bar
- Clear all button for recent now taller and invisible when there are no recent apps
- Lockscreen themed as Galaxy S7
Notes:

these icons are also missing in notification drawer.

You know, I installed Fulmics just to use your theme. I always liked the colours used by Touchwiz.

Hi, best theme i have ever used, really good work!
i found glitch at the search in the app drawer, just like the one in the contact app and also the color at lg's internet browser wont change to the one in the notification panel.

can I use it even with xposed flat style bars? or it will bump and causes fc?

That's because touchwiz use "Search" text while LG just use an image. I'm sure he will figure something out.

The theme just replace the original ones in your rom, so yeah, you can use Flat Style Bars Indicators.
P.S: I'm using Flat Style Bars.
