G4 Safe rom 4 a K-jam Please

Can someone please help?! I have an I-mate k-Jam and im sure its a g4.
ipl 2.16.0001
spl 2.16.001
gsm 02.07.10
os 2.16.9.1
I have seen many ways to get ready for installing the Rom but i have not found a suitable one that im willing to chance bricking. Of course it would be the biggest concern in this matter. So what I am looking for is some help on finding ROMs compatable with my situation.

Just read the rom builders intro/info screens of there postings,They call it mostly ''G4 safe'',guess what you need.

I have seen many G4 safe roms and none of them have upgraded anything. They all keep the same information as the time before. SOMEONE any advise?

Im not going to just dl anything... Is there anyone that has a K-Jam that would be able to give me an idea of a good working rom... not sure what link to click on on the last response so if anyone has a working rom, perferably with "touchflo" or simmilar ideas please respond

How To flash a htc pro back to original rom ?????

Hi all
Ive got a HTC Touch Pro on vodafone and as you probably know vodafone like to fill there phones with there own software, i have spent hours tonight on google reading endless posts on how to flash the htc back to the original htc rom, the only thing i cant find is like a step by step guide on how to do it, with the correct software packages
if anyone could help it would be great !!

sorry to juse your post. but how to take back-up of the rom and tweeks on the pro?
I have change icons and some software. But i whant to try another rom. but i will have the possibility to go back to all the settings and rom i have on the phone.

I thought that somepeople said on the forum that Sprite Backup is the thing you should use. So maybe that helps you...
For me personally i haven't really managed to backup the entire Rom...so if i ever want to go back from RomeOs to original HTC Rom i think i got a bit of a problem

you can find the stock rom in there
however make sure your spl allows this

first of all, you must have the SPL stock and the stock ROM..
1. Install the SPL stock for warranty with activeSync..
2. After step 1 install the Raphael Stock ROM..
and thats all.. u can check it holding the volume down and soft reset with ur stylus..

Hey Guys,
I've just got a Touch Pro on Vodafone and need to get rid of this horrible Vodafone Theme for the proper original Touch Pro Theme.
Jack can you let me know if you had any luck with the last post by limx and did you have to reset aload of vodafone settings after you got the original ROM loaded?

i'm stucked in the blue windows mobile boot screen since months, i tried in the htc breeze to find someone to help, and in the mid distance of the solution or the replies, no one comtinue to help...
in the boot my device shows IPL-0.90/ SPL- 1.09.000, so wondering , am'i able to repair my device again and how????
where can i find the appropriate rom????
plz i need help, i'm without phone, and i really liked my imate sp jas!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy has been stuck trying to fix his device for several months. I have already pointed him to WIKI and to other links and possible XDA Members who might be able to help him.
I don't know if his device can be fixed, I do not have the knowledge to help him out. I have seen other members try to help him out but I believe they must get frustrated with him because he just doesn't understand what he has to do and I think that maybe there are some severe language barriers preventing him from understanding. Perhaps if someone who speaks his language can translate instructions to him in his own language so that he can understand better, he will be able to once and for all figure out how to fix his device if it can be fixed.

O2 Xda Neo Problem

hello there, i got this phone of my sister but as you probably know the O2 OS is German only and unlike my sister i don't speak that language.
Read on the forum that i need to unlock the CID and then install Jamin ROM but i`m new to such kind of phone and don't really know how to do it.
Saw a lot of ppl saying MachineGod has some nice files doing that stuff but most of the links are dead and the ones i found tbh had no idea what exactly to do with them.
I would greatly appreciate if a good man could give me a list with the files and what exactly i need to download, where in the phone i need to copy it and how to do all the stuff so i can use the phone in English.

( xperia neo V ) running on ics 4.0. as i read about it . i learned that is smooth running and lag free and i like the interface so much. kindly please help me to do this . i want to change how my phone performs cause i get too annoyed everytime it is laggy and slow. please help me. i want this rom. teach me how to do this because im a newbie and a average phone user. please.

another question. if i installed this rom. is it stable and hassle free? do i have any other issue's regarding this one? like lag's? application and games incompatabilities etc. is it smooth running?

Just follow the instructions in the second link and then get back to the rom flashing. You'll have to judge for yourself (I wouldn't know).

Dude,nother noobie question . sorry dude. but im confused if i have to do the unlock bootloader thing in that 2nd post ? if i still have to do it. which one do i need to follow. the one with wires and pins? or the one with s1tool ? and one last thing bro. how about the kernel installation? thank you and im sorry asking these nooby questions.

Yes, you do have to do it. The use of the s1tool is a part of the of the same process, so just follow it step by step. The kernel installation is if you are planning to stay of the stock ROM. Since you're going to flash a new ROM, it isn't really necessary.
