I figured out how to install the winmo Hd2 rom on g1, i dont know why i did it but it sucks, android all the way (though i still like my touch pro 2 )

so i checked it out, and it only boots ce. why would i want ce? and i dont think its worth it if slingplayer is the only incentive

I have no idea just stumbled upon this app and it said it was for the google phone and it looks to make it easier as far as root'n...... Jus gettn some ideas on the app.

It's a console program/shell run on a terminal emulator in that screenshot. You could in theory compile mc and run it on the terminal application for the G1 and have it look identically.
mc is more of a relic... you rarely hear about it these days. Tended to be popular amongst former Windows users back in the day.

Hitting downloads on that site does nothing for me. Its fine on the laptop though. Gonna install the App now and see how it fairs. From the reports above I think I will be happy

Cant find "liveupdate"? I have a few teams working for the pop ups, but not Swindon (my team) or Leeds, so not sure it works with lower leagues?

Either not allowed in my country, or not compatible with my device... Beginning to get a little anoyed with that happening. Always understood that fragmentation was a problem with Android. oh well - not a biggie. Perhaps a bit more ics takeup and we'll see it change.
