google wave

i saw a thread in the "regular hero" forums saying something about setting up a wave group that talks about stuff related to the development aspect of things going on with our phone and thought that it sounded like an awesome idea (considering i watched a 1.5 hour video on goole wave and it looks like its gonna be the balls. and i just managed to get an invite) like i said, thought it would be a neat idea. just post your wave address

I got it this morning, but just got home. never received the email notification though, weird. Anyway, invite sent.

I agree, using waves connected to aspects of the development of roms and the like would be pretty useful IMO.
For instance take the kernel reverse engineering thread, if that was a wave and you had multiple people working on it while being able to include pics comments and whatnot in real time, imagine the increase of development speed.
Integrating more devs into projects would probably be very beneficial, while helping to trump the annoyances in integrating projects.
