after i download software torch button v 2.3 my camera ( led ) canot open. so now take picture without flash led .. plz help me thank
Make sure your battery is 21% or more. When the battery hits the 20% mark it can't take snapshots with flash.

lm still in the official o2 rom wm5, but last week, l hv try to install a file "Xda_Exec_Upgrade_v1.30.162" through my computer (window 7), when i installing the file , l saw my xda exec's screen is freeze!!!!! so l just unplug the usb cable from my computer, and soft reset my xda exec, but a worse thing happen. when it start loading, it freeze at the o2 screen with 3 line word at right down corner - ( R 1.09.00 ) , ( G 42.42.P8 ) , ( D 1.30.107 WWE ). And so strange, when l charge my exec there is no light showing, when l remove the battery the light is showing red. l hv put my battery to my friend exec it work!!!
so please help!!!!

2. when remove battery, and then put it back and charge, the o2 screen come out immediately. without touch any button????? and no charging light showing.
3. only showing red light when remove the battery????

try hard resetting by pressing the reset and power button together for a minute, then if it works a screen will appear that says ''press call and call end button together''
do it, see if problem is solved. that method has worked sometimes for me but u will lose all ur data, applications installed.
Hi I am having a few hassells with my cruise
1) when I charge it the red light stays red but does charge to yellow but battery charges - phone boots etc
2) as I said in an earlier post the soft reset button doesnt do anything at all - i did try swapping the reset button/button board for another - no effect
3) the camera isnt working
I have been through all the posts here but dont see solutions - any thoughts chaps/chappetts
I also tried updating to HDSPL and new roms and they work but dont help problems
I have two batteries I dont know the history of and am thinking its maybe them? But they doo appear to hold charge so??/

Can anybody help me to work my HP 614c again. This phone is gift to me. But it is not working I try to reflash it with micro SD card nothing happens. Only indicate light when it is flashing an when the battery is not into phone there was flashes on orange and green orange green against. When it is charging with battery only orange light . Have any way for reviving my HP? And master reset is not working.

let me know your phone was recently unlocked? this is "dead phone after unlock"- known problem after unlock a phone also could be hardware faulty
also check battery voltage also a problem with ipaq series is that not to many tools leaked from HP
most important check battery voltage blinking indicates low battery phone can not start also use a battery from another ipaq by example 6515 they are compatible
I know this phone it's nice

Only Sorry for my bed English...
I charge the battery into the another battery charger. When I put the battery and try to turn on phone only lights but nothing ltter watch on the screen. When I try to reflash with new rom into SD card after that I push mute+OK(left size on the phone)+ power on buton only lights but nothing watch on display. After that I try to make master reset the result is same only display light nothing writing into display . When display is light I hold power on button after 20 seconds any song hear same as when I try turn on on dhe display watches anything as "Are ou sure want to power of phone ... YES/NO" . Do you thing the problem is softaware or hardware ? I don't know whats happen with this phone before.

this is how to reset
1. Press the power button to turn off the HP iPAQ.
2. Press and hold the Voice Commander button on the left panel of your HP iPAQ and the power button at the same time.
3. Hold the buttons for 2 seconds.
4. A Clean Boot message displays, indicating successful restoration of factory settings on your HP iPAQ.
I can't say exactly because it's not in my hand but try this tutorial to see if phone is software bricked

Hi, i am having a similar issue. I just received a brand-new battery for the HP 614c and no matter how much i charge it (even after the green light turns-on) it switches off seconds after being disconnected from AC saying "low battery voltage detected, switching off within 10 seconds, YES/NO" (while you can't actually press any option), is there anything to do with this problem? I bought this battery cause i thought it was due to the old one but the same thing is happening.

Hello guys i have an issu with dual led flash that is the only white portion of the flash lit when taking photos or when i open the torch i don't know if it's normal or the yellow portion doesn't work!! Is thers a way to actually know like a test or something. Thnx
Please help me to fix it , Its still under warranty .I can raise this with google. But I need to take backup of the phone before i request for replacement .any available option to take backup of the photos.
what happens i you plug in the charger and try going into fastboot

Fastboot opens but it can't reach recovery mode. It show Google logo and then turns off and flashes battery icon again.
