If you didn't read up on the subject you really shouldn't flash. If you did read up on the subject I don't see how you could miss that roms from 7500/7501 are never compatible with 7510 it's mentioned so many times

I tried it on my x7500 .Everything is working with the exception of some buttons and joystick and MicroDrive isn't accessible-divices are different .
Any feedback on the rom? ...surely it's perfect?

Haven't had time to spend time with it yet, but so far it actually seems perfect It doesn't have problems with ringtones anymore. I'll send more of my impressions soon. Thanks so much for this rom I've really been waiting for your next release- Your're the best

I would not think that these 6.5.5 interfaces would differ very much.
I've removed the screens to prevent deception and I am going to install your rom right away.

The rom works very well.
There are a few steps that I take before I find my X7510 to be a perfect phone.
1. QuickMenu V2.8.410.1610.CAB from this topic
You can place the Q button in the middle of the screen.
Woks very well on this rom.
Oh, and disable the battery icon or you will be having two of them.
2. Microsoft Voice Commander with the 6.5.x fix.
Can be found here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=100022
Use it with CyberonVoiceCommander.cab to be able to speak in names and command in other languages.
It has some issues with 6.5 roms, and it might be fixed with disabling a few functions.
3. Intent_MIDlet_Manager_11.1.7.1023.cab
Works, as always.
4. TomTom 7 - v7.910.9185
Works now.
The only thing I have issues with is getting Random acces to work in WM6.5.x releases. The version of randomacces is quite old and the realeases that has the program cooked in are using Random acces 4.1.
I cannot find it anywhere and am having difficulties finding it when I extracted the 00_OS.nb.payload into a dumb directory.
Please help, I find the random acces in contacts very neat.

My HTC Wired Remote Control RC E100 does not work either.
And it did work on other 6.5 releases, it might be a driver problem.

You can't change volume during a phonecall with the scroll wheel if this is in. Very anoying bug!
Also a question to you... did you manage to fix the Touch keyboard.
I mean, does the hardware keyboard suggest words when typing?

Good points! the large titlebar will be an optional addon for the user to install. I am currently working on a fix for the keboard as well... there HAS to be someway to fix it.
But in the meantime, i am taking a break until this evening. I am exhausted, and it is too pretty to be inside!. I need some fresh air haha..... ill talk to everyone tonight.

I am using 3.03 at the moment but gps through a bluetooth reciever is not working for me (using tomtom), it used to work in winMo2003SE by selecting com5 through bluetooth reciever in tomtom.
is there a fix for this or am I doing something wrong and will updating to this version allow me to use gps

i hav 1 problem, i use esmertech jbed 2 run a chat java app. but now i am unable to use the program because i need softkeys 2 log in?is there a way to use the softkeys? or is there another java midlet manager i could use that would allow me to use the touch screen for the softkeys?

I hope this rom fixes the usb-headphone issue.
Also if anyone has bluetooth issue (would i don't seem to have), ill take a module out that might be causing the problem (which i doubt..... but anything to help.)
My bluetooth headset worked on every build.

But my english is so poor that i change the rom back to wm6.1.
刷完了就郁闷了。中文一个也显示不了。中文全是口。 截图软件无法设置就用手机照了一张 。后来装了个雅黑字体就可以用了 。
地区设置全是英语国家。还有就是我不知道后台运行的程序怎么打开，只能进开始打开任务管理器才能打开后台运行的程序，直接导致我放弃了 。
快捷方式拷到开始文件夹不能启动！
额~还有英语看着确实晕-_-！

same problem for me.
Also, the weather is not saving the location and when i switch to the music tab media player launches and with an error "cannot play the file..." (without tapping anywhere else.)
I've also noticed the screen has decreased in sensitivity ... but this might be a problem with my phone.
When I try to launch office or a zip file I get an error saying that office is expired.
let me know should you need more info.

You are a prince for keeping at it when others gave up!! Thank you so much for this, I will be donating once I get it installed! With all the manufacturers trying to build bigger phones with larger screens (Dell Streak) it just floors me that you are the only one developing roms for an incredible 5" device like the X7510 which is an incredible value for the money. Please keep it up, eventually people will come back to this phone when they're bored of the puny sub 4" screens on other devices.

where is microdrive?
Hi,
Rom works great. Faster than the July rom. Snappier. The band page now works (had to play around and noticed it defaults to the euro bands -I'm Tmobile US). But did notice the SMS bug from contacts. Also another major bug while you're at it - I can download email from all 3 of my email accounts but CANNOT open the actual message. It tries to but just can't open the actual window. FWIW: The stock Microsoft welcome email when you set up an account will open - but not a real email. Maybe this is related to the SMS bug?? Will test more tonight. Am donating now. This is for the x7510, which does not have microdrive.

While you are rebuilding rom - ATI Fix
Please disregard my post below. For some reason with this rom, the ati text file I attached doesn't work so I deleted it. Are you using newer ati video dlls than your July rom?
"I ran across this ATI fix months ago (can't remember where) but it will allow the ATI imageon "acceleration" setting in Coreplayer to work with MP4 files (Avi still won't work with acceleration). I just copy the modified txt file to my windows directory and suddenly the ati acceleration works. "

5.1 UPDATE:
Changed build to 23563, more stable.
Fixed sms bug (may fix other bugs)
alyn99 this may fix the email bug.
Just realized this and pulled the file. Strange because it work great with the July rom.
I am going to flash the update.
SMS and email issue with the new rom is fixed! Thanks. I will test the rom more fully tomorrow but hadn't found any other issues so far except for the ones you fixed with 5.1
Update to 5.2. This update is optional. Only really upgrade if your not running 5.1 ect.
