Hi. today Mozilla released a new alpha-version of the mobile browser Fennec for WP. Changelog sounds promising:
New since 1.0 alpha 3:
* Improved interactions with the software keyboard
* Fixed painting artifacts from panning
* Faster .exe installer option
* More responsive "fuzzy" zoom
* Option to become default browser
* Opening downloads from download manager fixed
* Password echoing
* Improved panning/scrolling performance
* Improved start-up time
* Numerous bug fixes
* Improved painting performance
* Improved UI polish
* Improved kinetic panning with directional locking
* Ability to scroll frames
* Improved zooming support
You can load it here: *click*
EDIT/WARNING: I just cannot suggest you to try this. The performance is a nightmare! Doesn't close properly. I can't believe that this is already Alpha No. 4... Only positive thing to mention is the new UI in my opinion. I know that this is an Alpha version - but as far as I remember the previous Alpha's worked better...

Fennec
Whenever I install this on my phone it seems to rape the flip out of it. to a point where I have to reboot and it seems to crash manila. Anybody else have this problem?
simply doesn't work....
i am running xlite miri 3.2 so no manila issue here. my impressions are:
1. pretty large install
2. long load time
3. customizable, very nice feature, cant wait to see more of this
4. fast page loading
5. slow rendering when scrolling, although the page fills in pretty quick
6. it randomly closes on me, very bad lol
7. nice full page view out of the box, no need to hack any settings for that
8. oops, now it randomly froze on me, very bad also lol
9. very clean interface
10. able to do complete full screen
11. sliding left and right are nice for extra menus but needs some getting used too, interferes with panning.
12. able to click links without zoom good imo

can you be more specific. i didnt have problems with it "simply" working. it had hiccups though as you can see in my evaluation of it. It is in alpha though ..... that means something However, saying is simply doesn't work simply isnt true
sorry,i've only noticed that it can't go online....
Does not work for me too. Stuck at the first page and cannot load any other pages. Furthermore, it seems to make my native opera as well as opera beta unable to work.

Attention its corrupt or replace some file and Opera may doesnt work.
Opera works after you uninstall Fennec.
I think I'll give this one a miss

Did you guys read Mozilla's remark that it wont run properly on a HD 2? It works well on my Xperia X1.

So is it any good then? Suppose it will work on the HD2 eventually.
I like its look and feel. The user interface is still a bit slow but rendering itself is quite fast. Its more or less stable (only have had two crashes so far) which isnt that bad for an alpha. There are also a few features still missing like the possibility to open a link in a new tab (it generally supports tabbed browsing though). So for me it looks promising.

SmartLauncher => Beta v.0.9
I've always found it a little hassle to go into Comm manager, turn on WiFi and then go out and launch Opera when wanting to surf with my TD2. And then turning of WiFi when done.
So I decided to code my own application that does this in one click. Ideal for setting it as the default app for the Long Press on End button.
What does it do:
- Activates WiFi & connects to preferred access point
- Shows connection strength, IP, SSID name, speed, statistics and authentication mode
- Able to launch Opera browser with the same button that enables WiFi
- Turn off WiFi when done
- One-Click Launch
Limitations in this version
- The Disconnect Data button is not implemented yet, also coming in next versions (hopefully)
To Do
- Implement Disconnect Data
Enjoy
UPDATE v.1.0
- Added One Click setting. When enabled it activates and launches Opera without need for user interaction.
- More fingerfriendly (thanks for the images RDT)
- Optimized code / cleanup
Issues / Not tested:
- I'm not sure the one click setting closing Opera on exit works on all devices.
- Still not generic, you must have OperaL.exe in your windows folder unless its already there (stock ROM)
- Data disabled still not implemented, hoping it will work soon with the help of Paul from Modaco.
UPDATE v.1.1
- Added Usage Statistics
- Added Network Speed
UPDATE v.1.1.3
UI Updated
UPDATE V2
- New UI Icon controled, much more fingerfriendly
- 70% of code rewritten
- Better performance
- VGA version up
UPDATE 11/08
- Generic version, works with all devices now
- If Opera is not installed it will automatically launch Internet Explorer
- Code cleanup
Reserved for BUGS
If you have found any bugs please post and I will fix them.
Suggestions for Future Releases
- One step launcher => Activate WiFi and Launch Opera (no need for button clicks)
- Option to quit Opera on Exit as well
Sounds good - gonna try it tomorrow. One suggestion: Offer a one-step .exe, so one more click would be saved. I for one don't need all the information at all times that the Launcher provides. Maybe have both a launcher with a "Go" button and and a one-step launcher, where we don't have to click Go first.

Cool. I did install it already and works as advertised - nice work!
One more suggestion - I'd like an option to quit Opera on Exit as well. Only makes sense for those (like me) of course that tweaked their TD2 to not have Opera in memory all the time anymore, see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=532948

Great!
Suggestion added
One needs the Exit Function of course, so it doesn't make sense to have 2 apps (as I suggested in my first request). So I'm rephrasing my request to be able to set SmartLauncher to launch Wifi and Opera upon start automatically, switching to Opera and keeping the Launcher in the Background (available via Taskmanager).
Minor bug... authentication mode cut off on my screen
Great tool!
Yes, longer texts are not visible:
And on the second tab is a typist's error :
And by the way, a very useful tool!
Improvement
I have an idea for improvement . It would be convenient to have larger buttons for easy control with the fingers. Something like that:
and
New version up.
V.1.1 up today.
Great idea! Thanks!
Best regards,
aDEO
Tried the latest version and got an exception - probably due to some missing registry keys. I uninstalled and deleted all keys, then installed again and got rid of the problem.
Unfortunately Opera checks for the Wifi Connection when it's not there yet and hence starts the mobile connection on my device. It may need a little more of a delay for Wifi to successfully connect, before you open Opera.

The important bit - get it here:
Version 1.5 (Donut - also Hero)
Version 1.5 (Cupcake)
I've changed the hosting of these files from 4shite. You shouldn't now have any problems downloading. The new links are hosted at www.androidspin.com - thanks guys!
Optimised version of V1.5 (Donut) (thanks Dwang)
Optimised version of 1.5 (Cupcake) (thanks Hotweiss)
(note ref the optimised versions; Dwang's works fine on my Magic but I haven't tested Hotweiss's. If you have problems try the originals instead.)
MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT VERSION! READ THE CHANGE LOG (in post 2) TO SEE WHAT'S NEW.
Older versions can be found at the bottom of this post.
So what actually is this?
This is a new build of the stock browser, that incorporates the multitouch code from Cyan's build, along with some additional code of my own, primarily intended to make zooming less painful, and looking to gradually move towards an experience as rich as the Hero browser.
What does it do that's new, then?
* option in settings to disable the obnoxious on-screen zoom buttons that usually appear whenever you so much as breathe on the screen (turn off "Visual Zoom Controls" in the menu to get rid of them - off by default).
* when Visual Zoom Controls is disabled, option in settings to add zoom in and zoom out to the menu (although this will bump over options that are normally on the main menu to the "More..." list)
* Double-tap the screen to zoom in. When it gets too ginormous (about four zooms) a subsequent double-tap will zoom all the way out. Or you can just change this in the settings so double-tap always zooms in. Obviously it still has the multitouch option too from Cyan's code.
* Triple-tap to zoom out! (which I am particularly pleased about given that such an event doesn't actually exist in Android )
* Click top-right corner to pull down address bar. Click top-left corner to go back to homepage. Click top-left when on homepage to exit browser (i.e. "clear" it from memory insofar as Android apps ever get cleared from memory).
* Click bottom left to go to previous tab, bottom right to go to next tab.
* Maintain zoom level across a domain, so that when you get a comfortable viewing size, you don't lose it the second you move to the next page on a site.
* Maximum number of tabs increased from 8 to 32.
* As requested by fastludeh22, an option for "Mobile Web Settings". Select from Android, iPhone or Desktop browsing.
* As requested by fit333 (and who was as good as his word, and donated ), an option to lock in landscape mode.
* setting to enable hiding/showing of notification bar. Note that this needs the entire Browser process to be restarted to take effect (so use the top-left click to go home, click again to quit the browser, and then reload to see the effect).
What do I need to run it?
Well, a Cupcake or Donut based rooted Android phone, basically. Make sure you download the correct version. If you are installing on Hero, you might need to wipe all the application data otherwise you'll get force closes.
How do I install it?
The only "safe" way is to push it with ADB. Delete /system/app/Browser.apk and any Browser.odex. Then adb push my browser into /system/app/Browser.apk. Many people had success on Cupcake by just installing via file managers. I managed to upgrade - note, UPGRADE, not install from scratch - by downloading it on my phone from the download link. It'll tell you this is a system application, do you want to update it - say yes. This was on Dwang's Donut ROM. However, the only method I'll "support" is via ADB because it's all so variable. ADB should (in theory) work on any ROM.
I installed your browser and now I can't browse the interweb, my phone exploded, I lost my job and suffered an embarrassing rectal prolapse in a public place. I blame you!
Thank you, please call again. All purchases are final. I would suggest that one uses a program to back up your bookmarks at the very least before installing this.
This is the best thing since self removing trousers! What do I do now?
Send me money by clicking here.
Future improvements I'm hoping to do:
* A proper full screen option (i.e. where you'd also hide the title bar as well as the notification bar, and only show it when pages are loading)
* Hero-style lairy Mac coverflow-esque bookmarks (some way off in the future methinks!)
* tidy up what behind the scenes is, unfortunately, some really kludgey code!
Thanks go to:
* Cyan, obviously, without whom none of this would have been possible, and whose ROMs continue to break new levels of awesomeness
* makethetick, who pointed me in the right direction for the code in the first places
Raspberries go to certain individuals in this thread.
Older versions kept around just in case. THESE ARE ALL CUPCAKE BUILDS. IF YOU INSTALL ON DONUT YOU'LL GET CORRUPTED MENU ICONS.

Loccy's BetterBrowser - new stuff and bug fixes (v1.5: 7th Sep 11:30am/BST)
Changes for 1.5
* Bottom left/right corner click to cycle between tabs (so bottom left goes to previous tab, bottom right goes next)
* Slight change to top bar behaviour, because a couple of people didn't like it and were being put off upgrading. Top left corner to go back to the home page (and then again to quit the browser) is as it used to be. Pulling the address bar down is now top right corner rather than everywhere across the title bar - many people were complaining that they kept doing it accidentally so I've made it a little more "deliberate".
* Removed zoom in/out menu options. They were an early feature before I figured out double/triple tap, were buggy anyway (and non-existent in Cyan's implementation for Donut, even though the menu option was still there!) and I suspect no bugger used them any more.
* Glorious Donutty goodness! (i.e. you don't need to wait for Cyan to incorporate my changes, or suffer dodgy screwed up icons if you install the Cupcake version). I used Cyan's Donut branch as a base. He'd manually pasted in the code from my Cupcake based builds to create this in the first place, a real tedious and laborious process that I now didn't need to do, so many thanks for him for that.
Changes for 1.4.3
* Fix/change for maintain current zoom level across page loads. Now, it only maintains zoom across a domain (so if you're on site xyz.com, and zoom out to a comfortable level there, it'll maintain the sizing across pages on that site. When you go to another site abc.com, that one will start out at zoom level 1. This has the side effect of fixing the column-sizing issue that affected most sites but was most prevalent on mobile sites).
* Slight refinement to the top-corner and top-bar click algorithms. Should work a lot better now for those of you who have the notification bar visible when in the browser.
* Increased maximum number of tabs from 8 to 32. Not sure how this'll hold up, memory-wise - feedback please.
Changes for 1.4.2
* Maintain current zoom level across page loads (so it doesn't suddenly zoom back in whenever you go to another page)
* Fix for top bar clicks (i.e. click title bar to pull down address bar, click top left to go home) when notification bar not hidden.
Release notes/changes for 1.4/1.4.1
* fix to force close on mobile sites when double tap zoom cycle goes back
to the "all the way out" setting (and this time it's DEFINITELY fixed )
* you can now double-tap/triple-tap anywhere on a page to zoom - previously, you'd have had to avoid areas where there were links, otherwise the link would start to load before your zoom would happen.
* setting to change triple tap delay value in advanced settings (so the
lower the setting, the more responsive double-taps are, but the quicker
you have to get your triple-tap in!)
* setting to change double-tap behaviour, between the existing zoom cycle,
and also now just a simple zoom out only setting (so if you want to just
keep it simple, and have double-tap to zoom in, triple tap to zoom out,
the latter will be the setting for you). How many zooms this will result in per cycle will depend on the page you're viewing.
* change to double-tap zoom cycle behaviour - now zooms ALL the way out
to give a true page overview, and also introduces an intermediate step
between page overview and 1:1 zoom (this is a nice level for sites with
big fonts, eg. aintitcool.com)
* click title bar (or top of screen) to bring down the address/search bar
* click top left of screen to go to home page. Click it a second time when on the home page to exit the browser completely (or double-click from elsewhere).
Cool, double tap to zoom in and out would a nice feature to have.

do I need to chmod? and if so what is the number? 775?

Just flashed 4.0.1 yesterday and am running themeless. Rebooted just to verify and yes I have the same issues. FC on bookmarks and am missing the refresh and forward icons.

Yes, I'd uninstall the old browser first.
Install would go something like this, from your command line on your PC:
adb remount
adb shell
cd /system/app
mv Browser.apk Browser.original
exit
adb push Browser-cyan-pn-mod2.apk /system/app/Browser.apk

I think the zoom buttons can be beneficial sometimes instead of multitouch zoom for situations when you are using the phone with one hand. That's when I have use for them. But I guess if the double tap feature from Hero were implemented, this would have the same effect. Good job on the idea tho and keep up the hard work!

Not sure. I believe JACxROM and Cyan's have the same multitouch stuff in their kernels, so I see no reason why it wouldn't, but I might be wrong.
The double tap from hero would be nice good work on this.
Anyway you could post detailed uninstall old and install new instructions? Maybe terminal and adb commands?
You are my new best friend !
Thank you so much. Works perfectly.
Very nice! Always wanted this after using hero's browser.
One question: would it be possible to make the browser full screen (like no status bar)?
Works Great!
This was a really cool idea! I also would like to be able to double tap as well.
One more would be a way to get the screen back to original size without having to go back or open a new page.
I installed completely through terminal.apk
Good Job!
no rush
Thanks for the intallation info. No rush take your time. I know u just posted this not too long ago. Think of it this way though if u could get that cover flow going for the bookmarks that would be a major breakthrough for u cause then the rest of the devs would have to come to u for help. I think Hycuro had it to but with a second home launcher from the hero built. Thanks again.

I mounted /system and rm -r to remove the original Browser.apk and com.android.browser in /data/data.
Then did the following..note that I renamed the apk to Browser.apk:
mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblk3 /system
cd sdcard
install Browser.apk /system/app/Browser.apk
reboot
Edit: Everything works fine.
Hi,
could you please create an apk file that also includes the Flashplugin? Is that possible yet?
I Started porting Morphgear 2.4.0.9 to work better on our beloved HD2 (actually for every WVGA, but don't expect much without 1GHZ and multitouch)
If you find my work useful please
so I can keep maintain it, thanks
Done
v0.8 <--latest, get this
v0.7
* first multithreaded sound & input morphgear
v0.6
* reduced some landscape latency
v0.5
* Yet another multitouch fix, this one reduces some lag.
* Replaced Cutom File Dialog to useful one. for the native wm file dialog, go to Global Settings -> Tweak -> uncheck Custom File Dialog
v0.4
* fixed multitouch
* gamepad (any gamepad) now underlays the game on landscape mode (east/west orientation)
* added WVGA landscape pad (choose on each module settings with arrows and enter key) best use with "Auto Scale" screen size, so you can see part of the pad on the sides
* fix in global settings - double click selects item on combo box
v0.3
* added tactile feedback (enable/disable) to global settings
* rescaled the menu icons
* rescaled the default game pad (so its not necessary to install the WVGA skin)
* added the SNES module to the cab
v0.2
* added real multi-touch to game pad (HD2 only)
* fixed tactile feedback
* added shortcut in start menu -> games
v0.1
* Rebuilt Morphgear with larger space to menu icons (but didn't replace the icons them self, just made them clickable on HD2)
* Added tactile feedback (vibration) to Virtual Game Pad
ToDo
* transparent overlay gamepad for landscape mode
* Probably more stuff..
How to use it?
* Install my rebuilded cab from this thread
* optional - Install WVGA virtual pad from here (follow all the instructions)
* Install desired modules from Morphgear official website
* Google for the game roms
What Not
* I Can't replace the settings screen as it precompiled into the modules. find your way around it, mostly by using the keyboard arrows and Enter for selection (double-clicking on item might work as well)
* I Won't answer generic usage questions, please help each other / search on Google
* I Won't develop game pads, it can be done easily if anyone is up to it, just check the WVGA skin posted here..
Nice todo list, because it's running game so fine we just need multitouch support (I'm sure is not easy) and if it possible to make a skin not invisible but transparent, I don't no if morphgear support that actully, but it's hard to play without seeing buttons.
Anyway keep going on with your dev. and good luck
I will keep an eye on that thread ...
See you

Many thanks!
nice to see morphgear getting some love again.
any way you could add a quick save/load option thats mapable to buttons? (maybe save to slot 0)
one of the biggest reasons why i use smartgear over morphgear is because it takes so many damn steps to save or load a game. would be nice to just hit one button for load and one for save.
thanks and keep up the great work!

great! eagerly awaiting more updates

I really miss full screen, full speed, full sound from my omnia one.
Thank you for making this and I really look forward to using this when multi-touch is implemented
tactile feedback a bit hit and miss on my HD2 (causes very long vibrations), how can I disable it.
Looking forward to more updates.
If you add real multi-touch support, then you will be the first person I would be so happy
Wow, great!
Can't wait for updates!
Any screenshots of the WVGA virtual pad? Or is that the invisible one? Speaking of, I would also love it to be a transparent-type overlay...

long vibrations caused when keeping the finger on the button, but I think I'm going to disable that.

Thank you very much for working on this, I just managed to use the normal morphgear with fullscreen landscape, but its not ideal as you cant see the pad and the buttons are not exactly in the perfect position. (bad humor attempt)
This is a Cupcake release by me.
It is based on Vodafone HTC Release from February 2010. (And Cyan 4.04 and the Happy Valentine's Day Port from jcarrz1)
I Did this, because I never came across such a beautiful yet speedy rom...
May even be faster than Blue Magic!
Don`t flash this if:
* You always need the latest Apps... They will probably not work.
Flash this if:
* You want a decent Phone with the best Dialer currently avaliable (HTC Dialer)
* Dialer that is just there as soon as you hit the Phone button (<1 Second)
* You want to Sync your phone with Outlook
* More Camera Settings, like whitebalance etc.
* Fast and smooth menus and transitions
* Speed for Games. Most of the games, like polarbit 3d Games are still built for 1.5... Also Gameboy emulator and AndWobble. Check theese out (If it runs on Hero, it runs on this rom also.)
* You miss the Cool rotations from Cupcake (enable via Spareparts)
* You want the best and most responsive Keyboard
* Cool Android Style Phone. (Stock HTC Style. Legend theme may be released later)
* You want a custom Animated bootscreen. Not all Hero Bootscreens will work... Just Play with it.
* You want some Eye-Candie
* You want an Awsome Phone, no questions Asked.
Featured in this release:
* Advanced Launcher from Irrenhaus (more options) or HTC Launcer (fast)
* 3D Games run fast.(!)
* Many Languages. Also Chineese and Japaneese...
* The fastest (and probably last non-SenseUI) Cupcake ROM ever
* Cyanogen BFS Kernel
* Merged a lot of Cyans Stuff into this
* Fixed Accelerometer, Wifi and any other Issues I came across.
* Apps2SD on G1 Only

Installation:
Wipe + Flash. then have fun
G1 users will need DangerSPL. (Magic users not.)
Partition:
MyTouch3g: fat32[+swap]
G1: fat32[+ext[+swap]]
Tips:
* For G1 Users: Despite of the name, EXT2 is the fastest File system for apps2SD.
* To increase Battery life dramatically, go to setcpu > Profiles >check "profiles on" Modify to Max 128 MHZ & Min 128 MHZ & CPU Goveror "Performance"
* To get a vanilla (HTC) Cupcake, wipe directly after flash. all additional apps, exept for better browser will be removed. (You can allways uninstall them later.)
* Be shure to check out the HTC Sync tool. You can download it on HTC.com (or via google lol. Its the same as the one for hero)
Issues: For some odd reason Compcache won`t activate. Insmod hates me. Apprechiate any help. (Won`t affect the build in any way, but I would like to play around with compcache...)
Also some minor FCs on widgets. they feel lonly after some days... (Have been running this in different versions for about 2 weeks now.)
P.S.: would also be grateful if anybody could help me with theming. was very close to a HTC legend style Build (Black and Green version), but then I messed it up and stopped working on it

yeah man 1.5 roms are the stablest out there. im just excited to try this hahaha
To all of you that are wating for the next best thing to st 0o jp, there seams to be a issue with the rom and you will unfortunately have to wait another day
sorry
ah man.
i can't believe your timing.
i'm still using the Happy Valentine's Day Port from jcarrz1 because it was so damned fast, despite it not being fully functional.
i got so sick of waiting for someone to fix what was broken that i went and found an android kitchen that i could easily use and then i hunted down the german htc vodafone rom that i believe was the original source the valentine's day port.
i was just installing it as i spotted this thread.
but he has come up with this http://bit.ly/besmsC lets just call it .1, have fun
Its not .1 or anything. Its the real deal...
Its just the direct link for now. Dont know what went wrong with redirect. Sorry guys. The Problem is that i am already in bed...

LOL thats a good one xD
close to epic...
Well... If your rom doesent work as intended, try This.
my rom works almost as expected.
i tried to edit the apn xml so it automatically had my required apn in there, but for some reason it only saved the mms apn, not the data one. i must have done it incorrect. no big deal, it's a simple one to type in.
it doesn't show the H symbol for HSDPA, but the internet is actually faster than it was on my old rom (according to the speed test app i used).
it's blazingly fast. like the valentines day one.
i'm very happy with it.
mind you, that didn't stop me downloading this rom too.
i'm so glad i found that kitchen. it makes things so much easier for those of us who are not code monkey's.
This one has plenty of stuff you won't find in any kitchen
hmm looks pretty cool
imma try this, i love seeing new interfaces ^^
gonna look forward on this rom development, keep updating
tnx!

1-BASE ACURATEAM ROM Kernel Beta 10E-10-09-2011
Team Acura ROM V1 (BETA) more changes coming soon)
I know you carry quite a while waiting for this ROM and I apologize for it!
It was my fault because the first Franlov KERNLES to compile, we made very quickly and this led me to think that we would soon end the bases, but was to go back and forth to implement EXT4 problems.
They could have quietly released a ROM of life with what we had, without ext4, giving the test results more than acceptable performance, but people would have crushed to criticism and would have questioned the end result .. Also I have to say that hunger has joined with the desire to eat, and if I am critical of the result FRANLOV 100 kicks hit me .. so until everything has been in place has not been given the nod to exit.
And I can say for a fact that to get this ROM I have fooled half .. he does not make much grace does not get it all at once ... FRAN PERDONAME.
The patience was infinite BETA
I mean our defense OMAP4 board is so new that its components do not have much basis set, has had to tweak, adjust and test until boredom, code and more code C. It is well that the final result fell in love many and generate animosity in others ... that is the grace of this whole affair.
Proudly say that I am sure that what is presented today is going to be used in many other forums, as it is the first kernel cooked the world, with hundreds of tweaks and support for ext4, and many people will take advantage .
REMEMBER THAT EVERYTHING IS JUST START HERE.
This ROM is a deodexado a special way, because this way all applications are deodexadas, I say all, now RECOCINILLAS will work easier.
PLEASE if only out of courtesy, THANK THE MEMBERS OF THE TEAM ACURA, hours and hours and hours, WHICH HAVE INVESTED IN THIS AND IN HIS BOOT ROM. SERIOUSLY SAY THAT HAVE BEEN SLEEPING DAYS ONLY 2 OR 3 HOURS AND THEN Curr. IN SPECIAL FRANLOV HAS GOT SOMETHING OR HAVE BEEN ABLE TO XDA WEEKS AGO AND NOW IT IS READY .. JEJEJE
I'LL BE THE FIRST TO SAY THANK YOU HAVE A CUCUMBER FRANLOV OF MOBILE THANK YOU.
Well after this little apology, we will explain that contains the ROM and what changes it brings.
The ROM comes with
* ALL DEODEXADAS APK.
* On ZIPALING (REDUCTION OF CONSUMPTION RAM) ALL THE APK.
* Cosmetic changes.
* NEW SPLASH STARTER
* ALL CHANGES IN THE FRAMEWORK ENTERTAINMENT (COURTESY OF TIGGERBCN).
* ROTEADA
* NEW BusyBox
* FREE ADVERTISING IN APK
* DELETED THE SOUND OF BOOT SPLASH
* WITH OVER 250 APN (Network Settings)
* SET UP THE GPS FOR EUROPE (3 to 5 minutes the first connection, LESS THAN 30 SECONDS IN THE REST OF TIMES)
Tweaks implemented in the BOOT by FRANLOV
Implementation of partitions to ext4. At the moment all but the System partition because the Wifi sucks. Are no longer required patches acceleration, and you shall see. That in many test BENCHMAK not notice the difference and they do not know the partition test in that format. With the next thing will be the overclok already noticed already. jejeje
But I believe it is that they are ext4, enter the command console and type this:
adb shell mount
Added to kernel cache higher in reading the SD and internal memory. Now this to 2048 .. This will have stable 25Mg/sy transfers up to 12mg / s. It is very noticeable when transferring files to the SD from you pc.
No phone calls to folders init.d--that does not work but modified the kernel.jejejeje
Tweak stack battery and clock, improved in subsequent versions of the kernel.
-Accelerated proximity sensor.
-Accelerated and smoothing the interface.
-Improved the reception of wireless
Improved signal-3G
-Fixed many mistakes to avoid lockouts.
-Removed delay on calls, and no more missed calls, but I maintain for safety-promotion sound progressive, but in time to cut a single tone.
-And a million other things ...
-Some tweaks from xda-developers adixtra, thanks!
IMPROVEMENTS NOT ONLY NOTE ON TEST PERFORMANCE .. TEST WITH SMOOTH MOVING QUICKLY AND WITH ALL THAT OPENS THE REST .. SERIOUSLY WE DEN TO TEST .. WHAT YOU ARE WORTH THE FEELINGS AND THIS WIN FOR landslide.
Added all of these programs to the ROM, the extra programs are installed by non-native, that means it can be deleted directly without any problems once installed, and that is not part of the system.

INSTALLATION
This ROM is super important to the ultimate in performance is not necessary to add anything to the ROM, not even my FIX accelerator. If you put poor performance, and I assure you that what comes is the maximum time .
Installation is simple, just go into recovery mode do all the wipes, THE ADVANCED'S NOT NECESSARY and install the ZIP.
I recommend having the battery charged butt and then get rid of having to walk calibrated.
Make all WIPES, the installation format is new can not keep anything even coming from the previous version ACURATEAM.
Once the wipes for .. to wait! want to install.
AFTER THE FIRST installations, once the BOOT takes to boot, is installing 60 MEGAS MORE PROGRAMS REQUIRE A LITTLE MORE TIME THAN OTHERS ROM .. WILL BE NO HAS BEEN THE LG .. AGEP THESE INITIATIVES WILL BE NORMAL AND VERY FAST.

I'll translate only the important bits (I'm not a native English speaker, but I feel I can do better than Google Translate):
The ROM comes with:
* All APK deodexed.
* All APK zipaligned.
* Aesthetic changes.
* New boot animation.
* Changes in all framework animations (Thanks to TiggerBcn).
* Rooted.
* New busybox.
* No ads in the APKs.
* Removed sound during the boot animation.
* Contains more than 250 APNs.
* GPS fix for Europe applied (3-5 minutes for the first fix, less than 30 seconds for the rest).
Tweaks implemented on Boot by Franlov:
Added support for Ext4 partitions (All but system, since it would not let wifi work correctly). Performance patch not needed anymore. Benchmarks do not show any improvement yet because they don't "know" how to test this properly.
Increased SD read cache for the External SD card and Internal memory. You should now have peaks of 25MBps with a stable rate of 12MBps.
Tweaked the battery and clock stacks, they will be improved in future versions.
- Accelerated the proximity sensor.
- Accelerated and smoothed the UI.
- Improved Wifi reception.
- Improved 3G signal.
- Fixed many errors to avoid Force Closes.
- Removed call delay to avoid missed calls but kept the progressively louder ringtone (it will not take as long to get loud, though).

Do you think this program is the reason for the very laggy ROM ? At least mine was very laggy, had to go back to my own ROM.
developers been testing the problem of lag in the Rom, and have resolved.
Try uninstalling the GO Keyboard and Viber with this, the ROM works perfect, 100% smooth, better than none.
I have done and am doing well

Gonna give another try and make some other tweaks to try to improve it.
In my opinion there arent diference on smothness ( on go launcher ) with the stock and modded roms...
So for me, still a bit "unstable" all the custom roms, and in my case i prefer the stock with the minimum tweaks ( memory speed tweaks ).
Fastest Quadrant score I have had to date testing on all ROMs available.
