Hi all together,
I seach Windows Mobile 5 Version in German for my HTC Himalaya, or a language Fix, does anybody have one?
the best where a new one with AKU 3.5
now i have the WM5 Version from llbasha, which is a great work! But this is only in English!
I have tested a Langauge Change to German, but this is not 100% good, many are good translat but not all.

Hi llbasha thank you for your Reply, but I have install a Language Change (Pack) on the WM5 WWE Version (The WM5 Version is from you, that I a great Work Thank you, but in Englisch!!!)
However someone musst have the German WM5 Version for the Himalaya with a new AKU, I am not the only one who search this version, so please upload the German version!!!!

llbasha I have a small noop question: what is the different between RamDisk, Pagepool and Storage?
ohh one more question, if my battery and backup battery are empty, will i lost the Data wich i install on my Himalaya?? (with WM2003 i lost it but what is with WM5???)

Yep, Mobile Vista is the name Confused Stu used for his. Is this a recooking of his rom? Or why use the name Mobile Vista and start with 2.0?

No this is his ROM not Stu's he just used the same name why I don't know. Here is a link to his ROM thread with Pictures.

I've done some Googling, and Ansar's been making ROMs for the Mitac Mio with the name "Mobile Vista" and has now branched into making them for the Kaiser too due to some requests. It's just unfortunate we both chose the same name for our ROMs!
If Ansar does keep making ROMs for the Kaiser with this name (which he's more than entitled to do) then when another release is worthwhile, I'll change the name of mine to something else to avoid confusion.

Don't worry mate, i only want to make clear the base version of your cooked ROM cause not all Radio ROMs for Kaiser are compatible with all ROM versions... that's all

Hi,
In order to deactivate the cabs installation try this:
With a text editor write a new SDConfig.txt with only one line:
RST: Reset
Now in your Sd card replace the SDConfig.txt with the above.
With this no cab or xml will be executed and you will have to set your today screen.
Can you clarify why you need to flash from the SD card ?

Could be. He can just press on "Go Advanced" to change the title.
