Use the CSMI icon tool, search it
Those are notification icons and have nothing to do with csmi. Install MaxManila and you can have these 4 icons.

Go into the CHT editor and find the part for quicklinks. These options are both available there.
Yes i know, but i am not using CHT anymore , just plain sense.
I removed all the home screen backgrounds and made many changes in the icons and the frame disappeared. i really dont know how but gald it did
