You can use the Factory setting, that will reinstall your HTC Windows. Start>Setting>System>Clear Storage (password 1234). remember take a copy of your mobile contact. bcaz it will remove all of your old setting.

I said OK, and Flash IC was replaced.
Everything run like before but the "download software" problem.

I don't know why or how to make it work again.

Any software of method can make it work again?
Check that port 5228 TCP is open on your router. I've also had this problem when i uninstalled the Gtalk service and the IM application(using Titanium Back-up), i restored a Nandroid back-up to fix it.

Hi race...
I have tried it. But still the same.
Thanks for your suggestion.
install market enabler...
it's no help on this. I have tried it.
Thank you!
Had the same problem for a few days a while back. I tried several things without any luck. I could load pages and everything else using edge/gprs except for downloading through Android market. I could download from the market using wifi, just not my edge/gprs. However suddenly the problem disappeared all by itself, seemed like that anyway cause i have no clue what i did there could have fixed the problem :S
try to download application's when you connect from your 3G internet. it might help you. i have sometimes the same problems sometimes.
Hey guys I saw couple of posts on GPS problems and after I removed Telenav I am experiencing exact same symptoms (GPS not pinpointing location unless connected to WiFi). The steps I've taken so far:
1. Oneclick Root
2. Using Titanium Backup remove Telenav through recovery exploit
3. Realize the GPS Fail (100% sure it wasn't failing before removal)
4. Using Odin 1.7 and the stock rom provided by krylon360 reflash the phone. (did wipe cache/data properly)
5. Reboot
6. Realize Telenav is not back.
7. Unroot with Oneclick (both rageagainstcage and the other mode worked for me)
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Solved: Solution was in the GPS poll thread for SGS 4G as described by Toshinobu:

Awesome! I'm glad we have one person who has confirmed that this fix works for them.
Can anyone else confirm the fix as well?
i have a nexus 5 that is completely stock. I used to have it rooted but decided to go back to stock for lollipop. I am running android 5.1. Since I have had lollipop I have zero gps capability. I feel like I have read every thread on the subject and tried every suggestion, but I can never get the gps to lock.
I have tried the. Card stock gps antenna fix, didn't work.
I tried factory reset
I tried device only
I have used gps test and fix
I have used gps status and toolbox
I tried safe mode
I tried mapquest
Bottom line my gps doesn't work at all, it used to, but not anymore. Any ideas on what to do?
Same thing here and I also tried most of what you describe --- 5.1 (LMY47D), clean install (no OTA).
Select high accuracy
What does GPS status show? Flat lines for all satellites? What is the setting you're using for downloading the assistance data?
I used GPS Test and GPS Status -- here are two screenshots: i.imgur.com/o2B5QCk.png
Meanwhile I flashed LMY47I and re-installed everything from scratch. It still feels sluggish but now I can get at least a GPS fix after a couple seconds. Hope it stays this way.

The only solution seems to be this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBpNtWvY454 (confirmed here)
I also tried several tricks and nothing works.
What is the easiest way to do a complete wipe and flash to the latest version of android to see if that will fix it?

The above hardware trick worked for me though (and optimizing the gps.conf file for my region/country).

Until 'Extra Suggestion.....' I didn't try Leo AGPS Injector BTW.
I just wanted to update everyone...I wiped the phone clean and flashed the phone to the latest stock. GPS issues remained, so I rooted it and tried the GPS.config tip and it didn't help either. Then I downloaded FasterGPS and used it (basically does the same thing the GPS trick linked above does) and now it works again. It takes about a minute for it to lock so it isn't super fast to lock, but it works and I have not heard the GPS signal lost since I did FasterGPS.
Thanks for all the advice and suggestions.

This is a known issue, you need to upgrade to at least b560 to get the gps working again.

thanks;obviously there is no gps signal indoor!
i have the problem everywhere!
It is not a GPS problem. You need to give google maps permission to access GPS. Just go to settings>apps>google maps>permissions.
