Hi!
Take a look at this link: http://www.pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=736
Does anyone know something more or have some other rumors to share about this new phone. To me it looks amazing, I'd definitely would like the numeric keypad for easy dialing, smartdial lookup and writing text messages with T9.
And with integrated FM tuner, GPS and a fast CPU this could be an awesome device.

PK
All of about 3 programs in the entire universe support the circle zoom function.
Is it possible to remap it as a scroll wheel instead? I really miss the wheel from the tilt.
I think this is one of the goals of the Ralph Elite team, I guess it will be just sit and wait for those of us who are not talented programers for those guys to work their magic
Use Diamond Tweak and check the settings under #19. It enables it for Calendar, Call History, File Explorer, IE, Programs and Phone. it does not work in email as of now...
Great tip on Diamond Tweak - that really helps in the calendar.

Use Advanced Config's Smart Touch config and add your favorite program into the list. Soft-reset and then see if it works.
I added Java, rebooted, and now Opera Mini works with the smart touch scroll.
Absolutely nothing in Advanced Config worked for me, while Diamond Tweak worked great. Thanks to Diamond Tweak I have working scroll in IE and Contacts. A pity it doesn't work in Email yet.
I did a search on the forum, can't find any scientific graphing calculator apps for the hd2. Do you guys have any ideas where I can find one?
Thanks.

Thanks for the site.
Perhaps not the most visually pleasing but this looks like it might do the trick...

I thought the quickest way is to tap on the "Calculator" found in the Startmenu, and then tilt HD2 to landscape position, you will get a simple scientific calculator.

I recommend that you go to TMobile HTC HD2 forum as there are plenty of threads with people's fave apps.
As for my own apps, tweaks must haves:
BSB Tweaks - doing tweaks without registry editor
Co0kie's Home Tab (CHT) - changes layout of home screen
CHT Editor
xdaShutdown - reset, shutdown, sleep
Omarket - free marketplace
Resco File Explorer - a better explorer
Toggle switches for data, wifi, bluetooth
HTC Ereader
Torch Button - better flashlight with lots of functions
Clean Ram - frees up space
Clear Temp - deletes temp files
Shake and Save - screen capture
JWMD Icon Changer - changing icons
Waze - nav app with voice
Bing - has nav app too with voice
Batt Clock - battery and clock info om taskbar
Scilor's Groove Mobile and Downloader - must have for playing and downloading music from Grooveshark? database
Speeed Reader - can access google reader
and a lot more...
thanks guys. now the app search begins!
does anyone know of any decent Calculator for the Evo, the stock one from HTC just sucks, it doesn't have a percentage etc
thanx in advance
If you are looking f for an advanced calculator rpn calculator is awesome. The finance one is exactly like the 12c.
I loveeeee Retro calculator in the market.
Droid48 works well for me. If you're going to have a calculator, why not add some real functionality? RPN Calculator is another decent choice.
Does RPN do graphing? I went with Arity since it can do 2D and 3D graphing.

It could but reverse polish notation just makes you talk German, mathematically. It for a lot of people, works.
Try a simulator calculator. Programmable and graphing
