Hello,
I have copied my favorites for the internet explorer to my HD2, but if I try to use the favorites, the HD2 don't show the directory structure of my favorites but all over 2000 favorites one below the other.
There is even no alphabetic slider at the right border.
The same favorite display is in the opera browser.
So my favorites are totally unusable if I have to push with my fingers through 2000 favorites.
Is there any fix to show the favorites in the directoyr structure just like the normal file explorer?

How do I make my own shortcuts on my XDA - ie, I want to add to the existing games menu with shortcuts of games I have added on my PDA myself - how do I do this?
Thanks.
i know that total commander have an option to make shortcuts
With the normal file explorer you can "copy" / "Paste shortcut" in the right directories
Hey ppl,
Been searching for an app that instead of a list view you get a thumbnail view. Mainly for podcasts I have on the sd card, its hard to click on a small list while walking/driving so a thumbnail or bigger icon would be great.

Most explorers have options to view the files as large icons. I use Resco Explorer and it is pretty finger frienly.
Does anyone know where the settings are for this? I have a strange situation where I have another two rows of icons to launch programs from, but I can't assign anything to them. I want to delete them but I can't do that either. Is there a text file (or similar) anywhere where it saves the shortcut info so I can try and delete from there.
Thanks!
Bumpin' up the list...
Hey guys
I try to make my homescreen look more "personal" if you understand what I mean
So I made some pictures for the apps and folders.
The apps I easily replaced with a shortcut, but for the folders i couldn't find a good solution, because I don't like the labels of Folder Organizer.
Is there any possibility with Folder Organizer to create a folder (with my own icon) which is like the stock-folders? With drag & drop apps into it.
Or is there another App which can do that?
Thank you

Left Screenhot: Mine! No shades behind the FolderOrganiter Widget font...
Right Screenshot: Found on the internet! And there are Shades behind the FolderOrganizer Widget font
Why?? How can i do that. You see my white background... i can't read the widget. Only normal apps' fonts are readable...
hey everyone,
i was wondering, is there a file manager on the market or is there's a way using the stock one to create shortcuts to folders on screen, like with the dropbox app.
thanks
You can use an app called "Folder Organizer" (Free and Paid versions) to create folder shortcuts. It has recently been optimized for Honeycomb too
It comes with the ability to create folder widgets, but I love being able to combine it with "Desktop Visualizer" to create a folder link setup. Basically, I create an icon, and when tapped, the corresponding folder pop-up appears. It looks great, and doesn't affect home screen performance as much as having a bunch of widgets for each folder.
Just use Astro. It can create folder shortcuts.
