[Q] Browse pictures on network?

I'm looking for an app that will let me browse pictures on a network share
From what I can tell general file explorer's don't let you swipe through pictures in full screen
I know about UPnP apps, but they seem to be a bit slow so would prefer to bypass UPnP

I use ES File explorer to browse through the photos stored on my ubuntu server either from my local network or remotely. Works great and photos show up as if they were on TF.

[Q] Browse windows network over 3G/LTE

Hey there, I was wondering if its possible that I browse my home windows network when I'm out of my WiFi,
Back when I was an iOS user, I used an app called Air Video, It allowed me to browse selected drives from my home network over whatever connection I wanted, and it would convert video on the fly for me using its server program to watch, after switching to Android, My newest solution is to use ES File manager to browse my network, find the video I want, and play it with MX Player, I don't need any of the on the fly stuff, I'm just wondering if theres a way that I can access my drives from outside the local network.
And if theres a solution as simple as opening a port or two, What security risks does this pose to me ?

Hi guys,
Is there any application that would AUTOMATICALLY upload every pic from my Camera folder to my PC? I'm talking about FTP not simple WiFi (I've got pretty slow connection and I know Dropbox exists for that).

Cant see thumbnails

hi guys , i have hard disk connected to router allow me to share it (Lan - Windows shares) and i am using my note 3
to play my stuff from it, my problem is i cant see thumbnails of videos and images from my android device.
