Hi there!
I'm searching an apllication to control my Windows 7 x64 Media Center with my HD2. I've already tried TouchRC, which is crashing when i try to configutre it. GRemotePRO, which i also have installed on my HD2, works, but it's not comfortable to use.
So my question here is, does somebody have an working program that works on the Leo and with the Windows 7 x64 Media Center?
2nd that, also very interested in an easy way.

If you have read my post, you would know that I already have GRemote, I'm looking for an alternative.
Sorry I got as far as TouchRC and stopped reading!
Perhaps you could try and get the SideShow gadget running on your device...!?

It's a clip demonstrating the upcoming Windows Live Messenger for Windows Mobile.
Anyone know if it can be downloaded, and where from?
I have seen some screenshots of this before on msmobiles.com but the guy that posts articles is a bit of a jerk, so I tend not to post there unless I feel like a rant.
im also looking for this to download too, looks very impressive
've used beta 10.7 live mobile, it's really cool... but makes the device a little slower. Still, a great step ahead!
You can get it on hofo (if you search a little) or in gsmhosting
Tempting!, can anyone post a link on this thread?
The only one I can find is a smartphone version. It won't install on my Wizard.
In fact the demo shows a smartphone version of it. Maybe we can expect something from the same source ?
yup, i'm using it on my tornado, no ppc version leaked that i know of
The PC beta made huge demands on the graphics card and slowed my reasonably spec'd tecra to an almost halt.
On the PC version, you can turn off the extra animation and shadow effects, it's these that would have strained your laptop.
It's not relevant to the Windows Mobile version though, completely different interface.
Hi. did I find the msn here http: // www.uploading.com/es/? Get=AJTUM3RT. But the problem is in that it does not work in windows mobile 2003 :s I cannot make it work in my ipaq h6315. Does some solution exist?[/i][/b][/u]

It won't install on WM5 Pocket PC's as it is designed for WM5 Smartphone's. If you did run the installer, you see a message saying the Pocket PC version is "Coming in the near future"
edit: link without the spaces http://www.uploading.com/es/?get=AJTUM3RT
lets hope that windows live is released for wm2003se too, atleast wm2003se deserves windows live if not wmp10

any news?
does anyone know if a interface like the PMC interface exists for the pocket pc device? i reckon someone could hack or mock the interface on a new media player but its damn impressive if there was one.
heres a video of it in action:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3428996358728158914
it anoys me why microsoft doesnt release this for the ppc. some of us like to listen to our music n videos on our devices too..
the new ZUne device will have this same interface. albeit probably upgraded. imagine if we could have that n transfer our songs via bluetooth/wifi before the zune even comes out haha.
The O2 atom has something fairly similar to that, it's called O2 media plus. Details here. http://www.seeo2.com/product/XdaAtom/template/XdaAtomApplications.vm/n/exclusive
I use it daily and while it is basic enough, it does the job.
cool. can you send that over this way? ftp or megaupload? thnx
whats taht diagnostic thing? if u could upload too that'd be great.

Exactly as it says It runs a whole load of diagnostics on the various bits and bobs on the Atom. I doubt it very much that this would work on non-Atom hardware.
It may not be that easy to port these software to non-Atom unit. As it has been done for O2 Plus and SMS Plus, some sort of hacking are required such that these software can be installed into non-Atom units. Further, as I've noticed on the media-center-interface thing, it has the radio option there, of which a lot of the phones here do not have, of which the interface program may go wanky.
Anyway, it is still feasible, just don't put your hope too high
I'd realy lova a Media Center kind of app...
anything similair on the web somewhere?
couldn't google it.

Hi Everyone...
First off, I want to thank everyone for their help with my other devices.. Currently I use my HTC 8925 (aka AT&T Tilt)... My son is somewhat envious of my phone.. I have the s2u2 as well as S2P, etc, to make it a cool looking MP3 player as well.
I got a very good deal on a mint condition used Toshiba e405 (I am sorry, I know it isn;t a phone, but I didn't want him to have a PPC phone yet).. Anyways... This thing is in like new condition, which means it has WM 2003 on it... Ideally I would LOVE to get WM 5 or 6 on this, but I can not find any updates for that... What I DID find however is an update from Toshiba's website for WM 2003se .... (Link : http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/...lCategory=7&selFamily=177034&selModel=513365| ). Here lies the problem... The software that comes with it has directions on how to flash this using their software on Windows XP using Activesync... Unfortunatly for the software, I use Vista... and when I try to flash I get an error saying ti can;t find the device....
Please help... I would like to get this as updated as I can for him before christmas... I found out that even with SE I won;t be able to install s2p and such.. but it will still work as a cool mp3 player and I can install some games.. But if anyone know of anyhtign simmilar to s2p that would work on it let me know as well... I look forward to all you help! Thank you in advance!
Hi all,
looking for an application similar to ftpCAM on the Iphone...I just want to take a snapshot when I see one and want to upload it on an ftp-server.
So far I tried Webcamera Plus, PPCWebcam (2005) and Mobiola Whatsername, but none of them fulfills my needs.
I just want to click and upload manually.
Any ideas / tips? My phone to be used is the Xperia X1.
Thanks,
Marco
Hey I'm new here and I have been following the hacking forums for the Windows Surface RT, I have some questions I need to ask the dev guys but have to post 10x before I can ask on the discussion.
1. The ClassicStartMenu tool is amazing, but seems to be stuck on the old looking Windows 98 menu style (After uninstalling and reinstalling, I cannot switch to the Windows XP or the Windows 7 style. Thank you so much for the program and help.
2. Quake is badass on a Surface, the original version plays flawlessly, but I cannot run Quake 2, says there are missing files.
3. CrystalBoy emulator is completely not working, it cannot load any roms, just has a red X across the screen.
Well that's all I'm needing help on thus far, keep up the great work you guy,s even if these problems cannot be fixed I am a huge fan.
