Can you please post your ROM to XDA's ftp server. Rapid share kills me with waiting time of 132 minutes. Can't really wait that much to try your ROM. hehe... If you can do so, it will help me and probably others too.

I've the WM6.1 From Dr Gonzo, and I would like to have the neo, but I don't want to lose the sliding panel

actually there is no possibility to put neo plugin with WM6.1
6.1 use the same system of chome but no possibility actually to port neo chome into wm6.1 chome
after there is no possibility to make neo plugin CAB. We don't know why but it work only in a cooked rom.
I think Microsoft hide something.
so some people work actually on porting neo into wm6.1

Hi all - after installing Pisca's, ljankok's, NhatHoa's and Energy's ROMs with the Sense 2.5.20113030.0, and I wanna share with everyone the customizations which work with this new Topaz version of Sense. (this utility is a great tool - there are numerous adjustments at your fingertips/ stylus-tip!) I might add that in all ROMS - all of the items worked wonderfully - I am partial to 6.5 over 6.5.3, as the former is noticeably smoother than the latter (in my own experience - your mileage may vary).
Max TF3D Theme Maker v4.1 works, at least for what I use it for, which is to set the top and bottom curtains to change with the background - maybe someone can suggest a better way? I have tried other methods in the past - this has been the most consistent ROM to ROM. Don't forget to install sdkcert.cab, as well - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1411617&postcount=7 - here is Max Theme Maker link - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=493011 - this thread contains a ridiculous amount of possible customizations to Sense - please, look through this thread!
If there is one thing I have found to be true, it is that it's nearly impossible for two phones to react exactly the same, as every piece of software installed after initial flash contributes to the functionality. It seems that if I install all of my interface components first, things run smoother - the same as the desktop world - base system and drivers first, then tools, the fun and games - following this advice has steered me clear of many problems!

One question which perhaps a more experienced member can answer: how come when my Topaz is in landscape, my wallpaper does not cover the entire landscape space - there is a empty black block to the left! - rotation is quick and very close to good (minor glitches from time to time...) - I could post a screen
Energy recently has included BsB Tweaks 1.6 in his ROMs - cannot attach a link for this, as I am still a newer member (remember all, the search function is there for us to use) - tonight I am going to see which is better, BsB or Gaz TD2 Tools - I will happily report my findings - anyone else bored enough or who has got the time to test out this new Sense and the add-ons we have available to us should please report your findings here!

You should have 2 wallpaper files in your windows directory, stwater_400_800.jpg and stwater_800_400.jpg, the latter is your landscape wallpaper. Check it and make sure it is the right resolution.
I did not have much success with BsB as it is for the HD and many tweaks wil not work, so the TD2 Tweak is better IMO.

Bruce - thanks for the tip - I tried replacing my stwater-jpgs - no luck - still have a block on the right of the screen in landscape - this time with !Aman!'s TESS Leo IV - (excellent ROM, by the way) - I installed HDWall - and downloaded some cabs - but with NhatHoa's 21890 ROM I had no luck - I did no further experimentation, as I have very little time to devote to my phone - I am happy to flash and test and play when time allows! I am awaiting maxycy's next Max Manilla - I believe I read in the Max Manilla thread here on xda that Max Manilla 2.7 is functioning with Sense 2.5.20113030.0, with a tweak in the registry concerning landscape - I have not tried it myself, but if anyone does, please share your results - don't forget to include what ROM you are running!

works nice on miris 5.0 rom ....the only one thing...can you make the font color white...because its hard to see in the weather box

this is cool but can you make a version for users who don't use cookies home tab mod? It'll probably only be able to display 3 appts instead of 4 since the icons are bigger. or maybe you can make a version with 4x4 links with 4 appts and side-by-side weather/clock (without needing cookies mod of course).

2 suggestions:
Please bold and increase the font for the date. It would be nice to have the day/date shown larger than appointments.
Is it possible to get the right time directly without making the clock move by 1 hour and 2 min before stabilizing? There are cabs to do this but I think they would be incompatible with this heavily edited mod.

I just uninstalled this cab, as i preferred a bigger clock. But now every time i boot up, it says manila.exe does not respond. What do i do?

I didn't remember where I got my base files from. Sorry for that. It was not my intention to keep your great work secret.
So as mentioned on my first post, this mod is based on chalid's modification which didn't show the nice flip clock.

Uninstal
Uninstalling your advanced home tab destroys HTC Sense....there is white backgrond under each shortcut and they are not moving properly...so make backup before installing is really needed

Changes:
- PNG files are now also supported (order of files loaded are jpg, then jpeg, then png)
- folders with no images will not raise an exception any more

EDIT: INITIAL RELEASE Ok i managed to get something, but still need some better code. Up to now CHTwPictureFrame can show 1 or 2 pictures, in png & jpg format, easily selectable by a simple file explorer; manually set width & height; chose frame in .png format; enable switch pictures and set switching time; CHTwPictureFrame is resizable and pinneable, and can be displayed in CHT Lockscreen.
UPDATE 12JUN: I have added 5 pictures to display to v1.00 so thats enough for me. In case somebody wants other features I also upload the kitchen. Feel free to edit, modify, sell, mirror, use, delete, or whatever want to do with the files, but always have fun!
As usual needs JMLMenuSense 1.60 (or higher) for the setting menu, otherwise you can do all the settings directly in the registry HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\CHT.PictureFrame.XXX
Compatible with CHTS2.25: please use this fix
I will try to add the option to show a few more pictures or even a full folder, and some other features, but really need some help with the Lua code because my knowledge is very limited. This widget is free and use is not compulsory, i have tested in my HD2 and works but it does not mean it will work in yours. Anyway if you are having any trouble and post it here i will try to help you as much as possible.

sense. The search engine can be changed too. But so many people

strange things with CHT nowdays, but there is always a chance .... who knows the future?
BTW can you read a word in the picture frame widget? yes CHTwNotes is the base for this new widget. Just will add a frame (skinable of course) and the option to easily change the picture from \SD\DCIM\100MEDIA. I have tested .jpg files and they works all right as .png does ....

Up to now CHTwPictureFrame can show 1 or 2 pictures, in png & jpg formaty, easily selectable by a simple file explorer; manually set width & height; chose frame in .png format; enable switch pictures and set switching time; CHTwPictureFrame is resizable and pinneable, and can be displayed in CHT Lockscreen.

Just tried on HTC Desire running CM7.2 RC0 Kang and is running just fine.
I like large areas for clicking. Also picture on home screen is larger then in cm. Nice.

I was wandering and there are several options:
1) transparent 1x1 widget with text contact name text
2) 1x1 widget with background light/dart with contact name text
and...
main window with call, text, email - disable image, put contact name text only...
What do you think would be most usable?

Sorry it does not seem to work now. When there is a picture available or none it always show's the widget icon only, no contact pic or in the text widget no contact name, just the widget name.

Reverted to nonscrollable config,
just shrinked it now - should work for most of screen sizes.
v01 replaced with new one - you can download it from the first post.
Sorry for such a hurry - I have to slow down
I will test it later and think about smaller screens.
Now everything should work... of not use initial release.
