can i change my left softkey from telephon to Programs?
I had found one that change into Camera but i need Programs, how can i do?

There are already! Just click on the padlock!

I think might be more usable if the padlock is toward the center of the screen.

My lockscreen give you some transparence change the icons!
is it possible to get the all program list in a 3 or 4 column grid without using the newest Cookie's Home tab mod? (see link - thanks to Cookie!!)

Hi Steve, thanks for the cab, just what I needed/wanted. Just out of curiosity: where did you find this cab? Have been searching all over this forum and the Rhodium and Blackstone ones but could not find anything near it. Found one though in the Blackstone forum, bu that did not work on the Leo.

Don't remember but shouldn't be too far
I installed the cookies.AddProgramGrid.cab on my htc hd2 and nothing seem to change.
Ditt0 - it didn't do anything. I installed the CAB onto the device and rebooted and still have a 3 column grid. Any ideas?

That's what the OP asked for. It was a list before you installed the cab.

1. Go into the CHT editor.
2. Click Miscellaneous settings
3. turn on "Retract Slider'
4. Enjoy!
what makes you think hes using CHT? it can be santod's for all you know,..
if I'm wrong then why wouldn't u just post the other solution to his problem instead of asking me why i jumped to a conclusion on what hes using? the only way that i know is what i listed above. if anyone else knows any other solution then feel free to post that.
Do you want to have that retractible slider, want to remove it to see the sense slider all time or do you want to make the marked softkey transparent?

that is not the softkey, that is the Manila Tab slider.
the softkey is the bottom bar

you are correct. OP should fix the title to "retractable slider" and not Softkey
i reay want to remove it.

Thanks Dic3ptor, works very nice (although you need to know where the button is located after you have made it invisible) and makes my homescreen even more clean and tidier.
