I've tryed everything and I can't change the shortcuts location...
any ideas?
...I've also looked at the icons included in the DIL_APP directory and I found one with a camera, but I can't seem to find a way to activate it.

Yours is the real Orange plugin. The other one is Photoshopped. It's just an example.

There is only one option button found on the Camera ICON.
It allows you to switch between Normal or Expert Mode.
You can only change 4 shortcuts under EXPERT mode.
The interface is pretty nice, but too bad, cant launch below bug.
Bug found IN NORMAL MODE:
1. Under the camera tab,
Click TAKE A PICTURE.
The file 'camera' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.
Bug found In EXPERT MODE:
1. Under the folder tab,
Click Speed Dial
(The file 'TSPEEDIAL' cannot be openen. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.

If you remove the plugin, Camera Button no longer recognzed by hardware. cant set anything to it. although camer works fine.

i quite like the interface. too bad, the apps not delicate for O2, missing a lot of functions, therefore, i not using it.
Moreover, i try to read the registry, cant find anything.

HTC Diamond Splash Screen

Hi,
Is it possible that where on a Windows Mobile 6 or 6.1 device it comes up with Windows Mobile for 6.x in the screen colour background, that a file could be made to reflect the Diamond skin that i have now got on my Kaiser?
I am using L26's V9 WM6.1 inc Radio.
If this isnt possible please call me a retard for asking lol. I am not in any way shape or form a pro at this kind of thing, but i can hold my own. a cab would be preferable or RUU, or a set of instructions.
I did try searching on the forums but to no avail.

Ahhh bugger, sorry about that, i am trying out different roms at the min and i was using yours last night, i am working out which one is best, and as things stand, if i could get the looks of his rom, into the functionality of yours, id be set!!
Ill edit my post as necessary. Any idea though?

Which splash screen are you wanting to change? If you are talking about the 3rd one (the default green Welcome to Windows 6.1 or somesuch) then thats an easy change. You just have to create a 320x240 image (actually you should do 320x320 for when you startup in Landscape mode if you really want to do it right) and then save it to your phone with the name: welcomehead.96.png into your \Windows folder. Thats it. Now on the next boot, the 3rd splash will be whatever image you created.
If you are wanting to change the first splash (on Leo's V9 its his avatar pic) then you'll need to read up on cooking a splash screen .nbh file. The second (animated one) splash is like the welcomehead one, but is controlled by registry entries to point to the filename.
BTW: Good idea on this. I may look at whipping up a Diamond style welcomehead image...

Indeed i am after a welcomehead image. Ill have a bash at it but if you come up with something in the meantime i am more than happy to use yours. I agree its a great idea, everything is black on my phone now after many hours customising it.... and to have a green Windows Mobile welcomehead is a damn bit annoying.

EDIT: I have just searched my pc for welcomehead and variants of that filename and i cant find anything, would it be called something different for 6.1?

Ok.... after my blonde moment i have found the file. I too will also look at making one now.....also.

New Kaiser Diamond Splash Screen
I have made a Splash screen for L26's Diamond V9 ROM, it is as follows.
To make the file work though i had to use total commander to set the file attributes to system, read only, archive and hidden, which is the same as the original file.

Touch Pro Help!?!

I'm new and I'm sorry this first post isn't the best but I would really appreciate some help with my Touch Pro. The phone itself is brand new and hasn't been updated, other then some pictures.
In TouchFLO 3D, on the home page can I get rid of the Call History & Calendar links, and can I make the clock smaller? If so, how would I do it, as I haven't found a way in the settings.

Yes I did read the user manual.

Well, read again and reading around here also will add much to your WinMo knowledge.
Anyway, to remove TFL3D go under start>setting>Today>Items> remove the tick beside TFL3D icon
For you to remove call history..no way
If you want a smaller clock, flip the home upward
Things will get more complicated than that
Keep playing with your phone

At Diamond threads you will find some new clocks for the pro, regarding the other stuff fireblade just said all.

I just have one last question, yes I read the manual.
When I apply a background image with keyboard closed it's normal and then if I open the keyboard the image will get cut. This works vise versa. Is there a way or image size to have the background image work both ways?

You can use a theme generator to create a .tsk file then place it on the SD root or in windows folder's root
but the generators I have are for QVGA screen 240x320 pixels not 480x640
The trick is loading two images, one for each mode (portrait and landscape)
Try searching for themegence, it won't be free though but nice

HTC Topaz - Wallpaper Changer

I've built this application: Wallpaper Changer v1.0
As the name says it changes the wallpaper manually or automatically, taking everytime a random jpg file from the local "My Pictures" folder of PPC.
Now I'd really like to have some feedback from those that are interested in order to develop it further.

hmmm... its a great idea and seems it will be a great application, but it needs a little more work.
I have a HTC Touch Dual and its not working on mine...
How about:
- Not being only for HTC's? All ppc's can have a wallpaper image, right?
- Allowing the user to choose where to get the wallpapers from?
- Allowing the user to customize the time (X minutes/hours).
BTW, if you edit the first post this is the best way to share the app:

Actually this is the only version that worked on my wm6.5 so far...
It only has a few quircks, the folder selection is very limited and the app has to be open for it to change the walllpaper...

Thank you very much for your interest in my application. This error of yours is most probable because you don;t have any jpg files in the local "My Pictures" folder. I recommend to copy some there. Anyway I will consider this case and will fix it in the next release. I will also do so that the user has the chance to choose its own folder from which WPChanger to pick up images. Thanks... so be tune ... maybe for this weekend.

works well, the only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been viewing the pictures in order as i have a lot of sequences of pictures of things like sunsets/day night etc. Rather then just the random.

I HAVE BUY MY FIRST HTC PHONE THE VERY FANTASTIC HD2 !
MY ROM IS 1.43 MADE BY ORANGE FRANCE. MY LEO IS VERY NICE FOR ME WITH THIS (I WAIT THE HSPL LIKE YOU TOO ! LOL ).

Can't you just flash it with one of the official 1.48 roms?
I'm not entirely sure as mine wasn't from an operator but I'm guessing it should work as well.
Maybe someone can confirm this?
Oh and I got another tip that should be useful for you, and make your future messages a lot less irritating to read :
Check the extreme left side of your keyboard, you should see several keys that are bigger than the others, take the 3rd one from the bottom, called "Caps Lock" or "Shift Lock" or some other name, and press it

Regarde dans ton dossier Windows pour un fichier .gif commençant par startup, c'est celui-ci qui est l'animation de début.
Et effectivement, merci d'écrire sans majuscules en continu
look into your Windows folder, for a file .gif, beginning with "startup", that file is meant to be loaded at startup.
And for sure, it would be nice to write without CAPS LOCK on every word

No biggy for uploading it, after all, you should have the file, you did buy the device (one way or the other, its legally yours)
About that second file you mentioned, sorry but cant find any file like that on my device (and cant look in my rom since well, i wouldn't know how, and its the one that came on my device) so my guess is its the above file (with mentioned name & in windows dir)

she work fine on my leo. i have created this animation with virtual dub for cut video and ulead gif animator 5,the gimp and gif movie gear for animation,size and other things.
its easy if you want precisions ask me
