Hey Guys i a have a Htc magic 32A....
i had a 1.5 version htc sence rom .....then i wanted to get a 1.6 one so i got this official rom of 1.6 from htc ..it was 54 mb...
now when i start my phone its stuck on the Htc Magic screen , i know a bit about updating and changing roms so i tried the safe mode , i cant get in there and then i tried the boot loader i cant get in there 2....i have no clue what to do...anyone knows what to do please lemme know!! big help

You would probably have more luck if you posted it in the right section. And i know there is already a lot of thread on this matter so you might even have the answer written down somewhere!

I wreckt up my desire while rooting it...
I rooted it and tryed to install sth. and made a big fail... i exidently FORMATED my htc desire so now it only boots into tthe hboot meneu,,,
I have n clou how i can fix that... if one of you could help me that would be great cause i REALY need my phone for work...

I have a HTC HD2,and i wanted to get android on it so i get it,it was froyo 2.2! That was really great solution! So a few days ago I saw that there is a newer version of android like 2.3. gingerbread,i wanted to install it and i updated my rom to 2.15.50.14 so i downloaded it and installed. After that my htc wont start up i mean he is trying to start but only when he is on charger but he only keeps restarting all day! Do i have any solution to fix it ? Please somebody tell me if know how to fix?! Thank's !!

i have a window mobile htc p3400. i upgrade its rom to 6.1, all was going fine , but after its done my phone was restart and hang showing first boot screen and here what is written in there is (ONBL 1.07.0000, SPL 1.10.olip, GSM 02.79.90, OS 1.17.0.0) and this is stable nothing going next.
Please anybody help me how can i fix it.

Probably flashed some rom that is not compatible to boot. U would try to downgrade/flash to the previous version that was working.
Don't know much more at the moment.

at finally i find problem of my htc p3400 & it's done well. now i'm using ver 6.1, and there is more features i seen. if anybody face the same problem i hope i can help them

sorry for making it here, but i think thats right - if not please do it to the right thread.
so my big problem is: I have a HTC Dream/Magic from Vodafone, that B version with only 192 MB Ram. And i tried to recover it, but now i have got a bootloop. that sucks... and i donno how to recover it correctly. its rooted, for sure. i have had ginger yoshi 2.3.3 android version on it, but it was to slow for me. so i search someone who can explain me step by step what i have to do now AND someone who can gave me tips for a good rom.

That is to say, Android 2.3.5, HTC Sense 2.1 for Messenger.
Everything is fine but my phone is telling me there is an update available (7.1 Mb).
I've already downloaded it but when I try to install it, it doesn't work.
Before I try to figure it out what's hapenning and how to solve the problem, I just would like to know :
What kind of update is it ? It comes from HTC ? What will happen on my phone ? Will I lose my custom ROM, S-ON, Root ? Do I need to update ?
I don't realy know the meanings of theses words so can you help me ?
