2 row calender in homescreen, Manila 2.5 - Touch Diamond2, Pure Themes and Apps

Hi Guys,
I was asking myself if some one of you could do a patch for 2 Row calender in home screen of Manila 2.5.
Since I am using the 5x4 shortcuts from the following thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4963578&postcount=145
there seems to be enough space for a second row, to show one more appointment?
what do you think? I was looking for this the last hour, but couldnt find it over the forums.

If you install Max manila theme, it allows you to change to 2 calendar lines with the 5x4 shortcuts and many more tweaks.

thanks for the link... but I would like to keep the look original.

[Q] Second quick links set?

I have found lots of 4x4 and 5x5 quick links cabs in this forum, but is there a way to just have a second set of 9 shortcuts? From the Home screen, one upwards swipe reveals the lower 6 as usual. What I would like is a second upwards swipe to reveal 9 more. Possible?
I still want the big icons of the 3x3 setup since I enjoy the eye candy.
Thanks in advance!
I too would be interested in this.

Cookie's Home Tab, you'll love it.
You can add up to 25 per page x3 pages.
Or you could use Second Today together with Elecont Launcher..... Asign one of the shortcuts to Second Today....

what is the Second Today together ?
thank you
SecondToday is a small ap that adds a Second Today screen.
From there you can add another program with additional shortcuts such as Elecont Launcher as Mitsi mentioned.

[WIDGET] Anyone Have LauncherPro Plus?

Can anyone take a screenshot of the LauncherPro Plus Calendar widget?
I wouldn't use any of the other widgets except for the Calendar widget, which of course is the only widget that isn't pictured on launcherpro.com for some odd reason...
You can see it in this screen shot from the "Post your Screen Shot" thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7699486&postcount=2817
The main reason I got LP Plus was that you can resize all widgets. Since I got the pro version, I've found that nearly every widget I use is better after resizing.
This is the LPP calendar widget resized to be one row shorter, then the stock longer version. There are actually two sizes to choose from, the other is full screen 4x4, but I don't know why there are two sizes since you can resize them just the same.
I say BUY IT!!! its worth it and i love the launcher! i just wish it was open source so cyan could use it instead of AWD... nothing against it but i like LP Pro more...
Features for calender: You can scroll up and down to different months
add events right on the widget
View events on the widgets.
Not to mention they look very nice.
And on LPPro the resizing of widgets is definitely a plus. The 4x3 Touiter widget looks very, very nice when made resized 4x4.
Great feature.
Agenda-screenshot
Am I correct in assuming there's a agenda-style view (listing upcoming events) for the LPP calendar widget? If so, is there a screenshot of that view floating around?
Thanks
Thanks for the pictures.
Can you do an Agenda-style calendar widget? (ie showing the events rather than the month-view)

Hah, posted while I was posting.
Isn't there a thread for Launcher pro already?
Then again threads keep getting buried.

yes, there is an agenda view for each event.
took this from the 'post your screen shots' thread as I'm too lazy to take a screen myself...
pressing the '+' buttons allows you to add an event and the other icon allows you to switch from month view to the event view.
Excuse my insane 'Paint' Skillz.
and then click on the little "Calendar" icon while on agenda mode to switch back.
Thanks for the screenshots and videos everyone, it was just enough to push me over the edge

It really is, and please, pay for the app.
This dev has given the app EVERYTHING he has and has made it, imo, the best launcher available for any Android device. No only will you get the updates right away, including new upcoming widgets, but you'll be helping out a cool dude.

yes i have, but very very bad
I purchased LauncherPro Plus because I really liked the launcher itself. After that I found out about the agenda widget. It instantly became my favourite!
Thanks all, purchased
i bought this as well. the only downside i find is that there is an upper limit of stuff you can have on all your screens before the helicopter view simply fails to redraw at all. i've gotten around the 5/6 screens of icons and widgets, and no matter how i add things in a different way, that 7th screen crosses some invisible threshold and it cant display smoothly in pinch to zoom.
Well worth the $3 in my opinion. Has made running a non Sense ROM way more appealing to the point where I haven't flashed a Desire port in ages. CM6 Nightlies + LPPro is a great combo.
@SeEsAw12 Where did you get those android dock icons?

[Q] Widgetlocker: 4x1 Widget at top?

Hello together,
i got my SGS2 since yesterday and installed Widgetlocker to get some comfort i was familiar with at WM and S2U2.
I just got a little problem, i cant put a 4x1 Widget (Fancy Widget) on top of the screen (row 1). I can put them in row 2 und 3 but i can only put a 2x1 Widget in row1.
Is it not possible to put a 4x1 Widget in the first row or am i missing something?
I hope this is understandable, otherwise i can upload a screenshot.
Thanks in advance

tread is dead ,so sorry
Pertamax gan
but bootloop on r800x
Very nice. Thanks!
Ok, no matter how i move them around, icons refuse to go into the 5th row. The last row remains empty and the icons just keep moving around like before in the 4x4.
Edit: Clearing data for sony ericsson home in settings, applications did the trick.
Now there's another problem. It's a 3 screen home, but if you slide the third screen to the left you can see a music player widget on the 4th screen! Since i can't use this 4th screen, i can't access the widget to delete and hence can't add a music widget on the other 3 screens. Will update if i figure this one out.
Edit2: Here are my findings. When coming from a 4x4 app-drawer launcher, you will need to clear data for SE home in order to properly use this 5x4 launcher. However, clearing data causes the default widgets to be installed in the various screens, which includes the music widget in the 4th screen, which cannot be accessed since this is a 3 homescreen launcher and so you cannot add the music widget to the accessible 3 screens. The only solution i can think of is to install a 4 or 5 screen 5x4 app drawer launcher, then clear data, then delete the widgets from the 4th screen, then install the 3 screen version of the 5x4 launcher. Hope this didn't confuse the $hit out of everyone, but it's as clear as i could put it. I'm now going to try and edit this launcher to make it 5 screens.
Edit3: FIXED! by editing the apk to 5 screens, installing that, clearing data, now you have 5 rows in app drawer and default widgets in homescreens. Delete all widgets and install the 3 screen apk in 1st post.
@w4lkm4n would you mind telling me what's the difference between your mod and the ones in this thread? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1519742

See this guide.
You need two home apk files, one with 5-screens and one with your final requirement (4/3/2 or 1).
First install the 5-screen one, clear data, delete all widgets from all screens.
Then install the lower screen one. DO NOT clear data now.

To answer your question, i don't use many sony widgets, but what i do, like music and data monitor work fine.
Since the OP has closed this thread, maybe you should try some other launcher mod like THIS one.
