From the link that Orb3000 had sent you, you are supposed to choose a ROM for yourself. The threads that are titled with WM6.5 are WM6.5 ROMS. Click the threads and follow the instructions there. Before flashing any ROMS install HardSPL or you will spoil your phone! To do that go to the "Sticky: Hard-SPL or How to have something the rest of XDA-Devs runs" and follow the instructions from there.

I currently have 6.0 on my kaiser. I would like to update it to 6.1 and unlock it. I'm getting very confused by everything I read and can't find most things. Any help would be awesome... start from the very begining....

Check out the Kaiser wiki..best place to start. In short, you have to install hardspl (again, in the wiki) and then run the ROM of your choice.

I've been reading through the forums a bit, and I have flashed a few roms already...(obviously im a noob)...I keep seeing people who say they have SPL: 3.29Hard2. I read through mskip's noob thread for flashing and I used the JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe as guided in the thread...
What is the difference between the two?

Jump SPL helps you to install HardSPL. HardSPL is what you need to flash ROMs other than stock ROMs.
I went into the bootload to check my SPL and when I did, it says SPL-1.0.OliPof
Should I update/upgrade it? Does it make any difference?
Short answer is that generally speaking 3.29 or above works best w/ WM 6.1 and 3.34 or above works best w/ 6.5 ... but as always YMMV.
Hard-SPL for Kaiser is tough thing to unravel, so here's a splendid resource --> Kaiser Hard-SPL Rollup Thread
BTW, there's two versions of 3.29 and 3.56 -- .Hard by jockyw2001 and .Hard2 by cmonex, and to this day I'm not entirely sure why...

Go to the Development and Hacking thread and read the Wiki and DaG's thread
I'd recommend reading the "Blackstone cooking class" thread in the blackstone rom forum. It has a ton of links, and all the info is general and not specific to blackstones. Also, go to ppckitchen.org and read the tutorials.
Try the blackstone, ppckitchen.org and you could also try some Visual cooking theards
I have T-Mobile Kaiser with PocketPC Platform, My ROM version is 1.56.110.4
so please I am looking for any Update ROM or WM 6.1 or WM6.5 compatible with this device....

Read the sticky for flashing your first ROM follow the guide, then read the ROM threads and find a ROM you like the sound of and flash all ROMs are compatable.

First of all, I'm not too formiliar with roms and hacking phones and stuff.. I installed Manila Mod MaxSense v1.01 last week, but I would like to go back to my old WM.
I have a HTC Touch HD, can anyone post a link or thread with the rom that standard comes with this phone?

Then choose a ROM from the wide selection from XDA Chefs
