This is just a startup screen(with label),but with TF you don't see it.
I'm pretty sure I've seen the blank wallpaper in the stickied wallpaper thread in the Diamond theme forum. Anyway, that thread is definitely worth a looksie.

I rely on your experience with the urge to not make mistakes, I have read but I have enough knowledge to choose the best rom. I would like to know which has less bugs? With that I will have less compatibility issues? Overall what is the best rom for samsung infuse, is that many have the same doubt.
I live in Colombia and already I want to thank the team for the great job they are doing.
