This is just a startup screen(with label),but with TF you don't see it.

I'm pretty sure I've seen the blank wallpaper in the stickied wallpaper thread in the Diamond theme forum. Anyway, that thread is definitely worth a looksie.

Love the idea, although the description "This is a simple app that lets customise your own if you are reading this meme's." needs a little work. Probably put "if you are reading this" in quotations to make the sentence clearer

I downloaded an archive on a website and I think its the solution to my problem (irrelevant to say more).
But the person who posted the archive didn't say much. So i was wondering if you guys could help me by telling me how to use (if i have to flash or smth like this) this:
