Hello all,
i've trying to create a custom link to any of the tabs in Manila 2d (touch viva - rom 6.1). I've tried the \Windows\Manila2d.exe --switchtopage home.page (messaging.page, weather.page, etc) aproach whithout much luck, what am I doing wrong?

I have a Tytn II with normal Rom version 3.29.707.0 WWE
Radio Version is 1.65.16.25
I am very new to this ROM cooking & flashing thing but it looks amazing & interesting to see how you make your devices look mesmerizing with all those features that you work upon. I read few instructions about how to install these cooked roms with RUU files..But due to lack of knowledge & experience, it doesn't seem to be working for me. I am looking forward to a Manila 3d or 2d rom's .cab file which comparatively is easier to install. Can someone please help me with a file or a link from where i can get a working Manila or any other Touch 3D rom's .cab file that i can use for my Kaiser..Your help will be highly appreciated.
I found one working .cab file for Manila 2d but it doesn't work in landscape mode.

Firstly this should be posted in the software section as it has nothing to do with rom development. Had you posted in software you would have seen this.

Manila 2D was ported from devices that do not have slide out keyboards, that is why it does not work in landscape. For more on M2D see my titorial here.

I have an Eten x500, loaded with Rugals WM6.5 - v23028 ROM from eten users forum link: http://eten-users.eu/index.php?showtopic=16308
As far as i can gather, these roms are based on the HTC ROMS released on this site (i could be wrong though).
I am having trouble installing Manila on my x500 with the above ROM due to netCF v3.7 being installed into the ROM. Manila apparently wants v3.5. i have tried removing v3.7 from the ROM using the kitchen provided by RUGAL and have then installed v3.5 and then installed Manila but it runs SLOOOOOOOOW!
I have tried herg62123_ericmcintire_nothrills_qvga_manila.
Basically i have seen TF3D DJCedric DesiWhite -DesiGrey - DesiRed - DesiGreen & Desiblue TabIcons, Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=546106 And would LOOOOOVE to get this running on an x500.
Please, any help would be great.

Im from german - sorry for my bad English.
I have for 30min ago flashed windows mobile 6.5 to my Polaris. But it isnt the original it haves the terrible manilla 2d interface.
So i used the Web to search for the original for Polaris.
But i didnt found it.
Can someone help me pls pls ??

You hadn't search a lot. You can switch manilla 2D to default windows 6.5 home in pcarvalho rom for example.
Which rom have you install. Give us pore details if you want help.

Of course ...check "WINDOWS DEFAULT"..
it's been a while, but not many WM6.5 roms around? I see only pcarvalho and pdaviet in the forum
but there's no way to search "WM6.5" as it returns nothing.
before there were many Wm6.1 roms...
You need only to read THIS page, is full of WM6.5 roms...

Yes i've been there, but search doesn't work with "ROM" keyword or WM6.5
and the sticky that was there for WM6.1 etc now gone...
tried pcarvalho eXtreme but it seems very slow, is this due to WM6.5 itself? should I stick to official WM6.1?

Currently using this rom: KS20 WM6.5.3 CE OS 5.2.23518 (Build 23518 FB)10E WWE Clean. Great job, working fine!
But! The Resco Keyboard (and others) is not working properly, beacuse the (lower) start menu ('can not load the keymap' blah-bla-blah...) And the keyboard always return to its original state.
Now I looking original (top start menu) wm6.5 pro rom. Is this exist?
Maybe someone can help me?

I've flashed my Mega and now have Fatherjack360's Windows Mobile 6.5.5 Clean Base Rom (Build 23541), which is very nice, but it doesn't have TouchFlo 2D included like my old 6.5 ROM had, and I'd rather like to be able to have the choice. Any clues as to how I go about adding it? I can find themes for it, but not the actual application itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Pff, my first reaction would be to flash another Rom with TF2D included.......you can install seperately....see here....http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=541750 but you run the risk of issues.....
