Upgrading to the newest ROM but which one ?

I got Jam and running 1.12.00 WWE ROM and 1.12.10 Radio 1.12.128 ExtROM . Last weeks i have tried to install BRS and i have succeeded but after a while i decided to original shipped ROM ( mentioned above ). Right after all these changings, my device started to fail getting SMS messages ( but sending without any problem ), i think while these tunings something went wrong or something and it caused this problem ( certainly its not about my SIM card or of its settings ). So here is my question : i wanna upgrade my device to the newest shipped ROM as well as the newest Radio vers. , in order to fulfill my aim what files ( i mean which ROM and Radio version and other needed apps etc. ) do i have to have and may i get them from xda ftp ? And my last request from you dear Masters, can this upgrade manage to solve my SMS problem ? This situation is getting very important for me day by day, its itching my brain every moment.

i dont think your sms problem is caused by the ROM. i did use 1.12, and had no sms problem like yours. now im using 1.13 rom and radio (but no ext rom), which i believe are the latest for magician at the moment. find them on the FTP. thanks

O2 Settings
Hi,
I've just upgraded to the O2 Big Storage Rom (WWE_O2_1.12.00.zip from the FTP), I was expecting (probably naiively) to have all the O2 settings etc to be installed as well.
There's no O2 customisation whatsoever and I don't even have the option for MMS in my messaging Folder.
Is there any way to just get the latest O2 Mini Rom?
Or to at least get the settings - i'm assuming that they all come from the extended rom? If so, how should I go about installing that?
I have searched and there's so much going on, it all gets a bit daunting.

No Service when upgraded to WM5 Himalya

i upgraded to WM5 3.20 Rom 1.08 and tried 1.18 1.19 from 2003SE
now its been loaded n stuff but it cant register onto any service...it shows list of service providers available, but doesnt register
also i can receive text messages. but thats about it.
i am using Orange in India.

Have you try to set the "Preferred networks:" yet?

I have Similar problem too
The same problem is wid me i upgraded to c_shekhar released 3.2 rom and now i cannot register to any service wether manually automaticaalyy or via preferred networks.....
my service too is hutch(orange) in India

Sorry guys for being late. Was away for few days... It is strange that you are not able to register onto any network!!!! Which radio ROM are you having on your device????

Hi, have u got the solution, cause recently I encountered this 2 ... but not from installing ur ROM but perhaps the solution is the same. Pls help.

Hi, just tested. I do not have any problem to connect to office LAN system to surf the internet.

Guysss ... mine was solved ... this is what I do. I tried flashing with higher Radio ROM --> not working. Tried re-installed ROM --> not working ... guess what ... tried using my friend's SIM Card from different provider than mine ... suddenly the signal back on ! Changed back my SIM Card and the signal was there ... maybe you guys could do this ... there's no harm in doing it ... if your problem is exactly the same as mine ... good luck ...

Textmessages could not be send...

Hi everybody!
i own a Raphael and have flashed different roms with WM 6.5 on it. I allways have to flash back to the stockrom because the Textmessages i write could not be send...
The Messagecentral is not the Problem and in Europe we musst use GSM.
I have no idea where else to search or what option to change.
If somebody could please help me?!
My Carrier is T-Mobile and iam from Germany.

in the phone settings one can suppy the sms nr the device should use if your rom got a wrong one in there that could be the problem I would try and find out what it should be and change it myself

The Problem is not the Messagecentralnumber under Phone/services!

If i search on the internet it looks like the T-Mobile SMS-Central Number!
I tried to use GSM Prefert and GPRS... Its allway: the message could not be send....

Windows 6.5.3 MMS wont work

Hi, i´ve today flash the new 6.5.3 ([ROM][WWE][29.12.09][WM6.5.3]l3v5y Leo Clean ROM [28014][09122902] ) and now, i cant recive or send MMS. what i can do??? i try a connection setup and everything.. nothing works... my provider is Vodafone DE

WM 6.1 3.03 WWE by Cotulla - can't set email...

Hi,
i have a problem with Cotulla's WM 6.1 3.03 WWE ROM.. I can't set up new email account, when i'am trying to do that it goes to text messages or nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix it? Soft reset does nothing.. Anyone have it working with that rom?
