Hi, I have got my new HTC TyTn II and i have been reading this forum to try to solve some problems.
The most important for me is that I am not able to link with my bluetooth handsfree (Sony Erisccson and Belson). The TyTn II can not discover.
Another problem is that when some software tries to connect to Internet, it tries to do it via GPRS or 3G and I can not disable this.
Anyone can help me?
Hi all
First post here so apologies if this has already been asked and answered...I haven't been able to find it.
I've just upgraded my O2 Orbit 1 for an O2 Orbit 2 to gain the remote sim access profile (rsap) that my VW Passat's hands-free system needs.
I also have Tom Tom Navigator on my Orbit 2.
Here's the question:
when my phone's paired with the car, I have no problems making or taking calls but when I switch on the Sat Nav, while the connection between the handset and the car doesn't appear to be lost, the phone signal is.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Thanks
John
Hi Guys,
I've got the same problem with my Artemis an the blutooth premium of my golf.
The pairing with the phone is lost when i switch on tomtom.
Did you find a solution ?
Same problem as Lolo and did not find any solution until now.
Use McGuider
As far as the problem comes from tomtom and not from the GPS usage, we can use other navigation software like McGuider. I have tested, and it works fine.
I asked tomtom about this problem but no matter the problem is within their software. They did not want to know anything about it because their sofware continues working (is the rsap who goes down).
Is it possible to connect via bluetooth to a TomTom ( 930 ) and use it as a generic GPS receiver for other Windows Mobile applications? I'd like to geotag photos, and use it for recording routes.
I've got a S710, and I'm not sure if the DUN solution relates to this question?

I'm not interested in getting traffic updates through my phone for TomTom.
Has anyone tried this? I've searched these forums and the net for a couple hours, but didn't run across any post related to this topic.
My Omnia wont link up with my Bluetooth headunit.
My old XDA Orbit wouldnt either but after installing a new rom I had it to function
I have tried the Broadcomm BT stack but I get the usual insufficient memory error.
Does anyone know any stacks that will work on the Omnia? It is frustrating as my Pioneer £250 BT Headunit is useless at the moment
Any help much appreciated

no ideas?
My XDA Orbit works with Black&Blue v5.0 ROM and using Jetware Mobile software it all works perfectly.
How do I mirror the bluetooth settings from the orbit?
Hi everyone
I was wondering if it's possible to use a WM GPS phone as an external bluetooth GPS device for another WM phone?
I just got a WM phone without GPS built in and before I buy an external GPS device, I'd like to test the navigation possibilities, using one of my other wm phones with built in GPS as a BT GPS device.
Thanks for your attention
Not possible? :-(
