Lastest Spanish ROM

hi!!!! i need the lastest Spanish ROM (2008/8/4) but my phone has a English S/n, so i cant download form HTC... anyone can upload the Updated Spanish ROM?

yeah!!! i got installed that Spanish ROM from the FTP, but HTC realese a update one...

sorry dude, i didn't know you already treid that. on the ftp is only the "htc_noric" (nordic?) that has v1.15.402.4, sad sad. would be great if someone with a spanish (openmarket device) s/n would download that update and add it to the ftp (to complete the archive )

You've spent hours or even weeks to find the best ROM for you and finally found it but it's as usual WWE only?!
From now it's not a problem anymore!
Any language MUI pack is possible for any Windows Mobile PDA (HTC, ASUS, E-Ten etc)!​
Short story is that I was exactly the one who was searching for the best ROM which fits my needs and found it, but faced problems with my native language support (e.g. searching contacts). I spent nights trying different MUI packages, but none was really workable with this ROM. Finally I came to the conclusion that the only MUI package which will 100% work with exact ROM is specially cooked MUI package for this ROM! And problem is solved now with the tool I've implemented!
Here below you will find MUI packs for the most famous ROMs. If you can't find pack for your ROM and language - simply ask for it and provide me with your favorite ROM, your native language official ROM and you'll get back appropriate MUI pack.
Known issues:
Not 100% translation yet
Software keyboard will not be translated (third party keyboard usually used)
Installation:
Download CAB attached
Install CAB
Soft reset device
You are using these packs on your own risk!

Ha ! This is realy good news to see as there is only a few Polish roms and to be honest almost all of them are quite bad.
Can I request a pack for PDACorner v21 ? Also I downloaded HyperDragon IV Rhodium today and I think I will give a try to it too then PLK pack for HDIV would be nice.

Hi There,
Two questions:
1. does Rogers HTC Touch ( Elf ) has built in GPS? If yes, what are the steps to enable it?
2. can I install Sprint Rom on a Rogers HTC touch?
I will appreciate if some one help me with this as I have spent a lot of time searching on the we.

Sorry for a delay. We have a holiday here in poland and I was wisiting my friends and family.

Korean Language
I too was searching for ANY Rom with Korean support. All I had was installing DioPen or Asukal Hangul No5. But had issues with few programs.
I would be wonderful if you can upload or show me "how-to", it will be much appreciated.
Any WM6.1 or WM6.5 Roms will be fine.....

I got a O2 XDA Nova (HTC Elf) with an Onyx ROM v4.4
But you ssem to have the same problem, but I ask myself why there are MUI packs available for the ONYX &Elf but do not work?

For the moment this is set of tools which I'm using to localize files and it is not in the release shape yet.
Tell me which exactly ROM you'd like to have Korean and I'll try to help you.

As I said in the headline - there is no universal MUI pack for any ROM, you have to build MUI pack for each ROM kernel.
So, tell me which language you want Onyx ROM v4.4 to be?

I'd like to have AthineOS ME 22 jan in spanish. There are lots of WM 6.1 roms in
spanish around, but if you need I could send you one. Can you do this for me?

WM 6.5 build 21232 WWE

first of all i did not cook this rom, i downloaded from oiopda it a the lastes rom build form 6.5 full WWE(english)
first impression this rom is fast very god like fast and stable, this is by far the fastest rom iv seen of 6.5 for the tornado. so yea enjoy guys

This ROM is very quick!! But many functions are still chinese. The icons are great. But I cannot access the T9 menu when composing SMS. Only writing numbers. How can I access it?

dunno man as i said the i did not cook the rom, plus the website is in chines
and the apps that are nto translated are quite uslesss, the primary important stuff is in full english plus i like the font, and above all the speed of the rom is unreal

Yes, this rom is fastest then all.
Only it need to rebuild: chinese font, apps and lockscreen (total >5MB) will be removed and XT9 preinstalled.

Fix English XT9:
download zip archive in attached, extract zip and files which are in folder OEMET9 copy to device to folder Windows and .rgu file import via program CeRegEditor and do softreset. After SR writing letters working .

OEMT9, same as above, but with english, russian, french and german languages.

i appreciate the effort for converting to WWE but has a lot of work to be done compared to this release.

Here is new ROM WM 6.5 Professional XIP 21501 and SYS 21234. And here is newest ROM WM6.5 Pro build 21806 . Can anyone upload it please? I don't know how I can register on their forum.

oops, i forgot.. Cotulla is Russian ROM maker (his roms run fine on G3 Uni's, on G4 broblems with flash disk)

What should I do now? May try any rom from this forum? I need simple functionality as messaging and calling only - which szhould I use?

Just get eOS FiRE
After so many years it is still the best in stability and usability!
There is nothing useless in eOS FiRE because he didn't cook anything that's not necessary, while so many other roms are sooo outdated today with their old apps that are cooked-in and you can't remove. I think I flashed each and every rom I could find here and I always came back to eos fire, trust me on that if you too want clean and really stable rom.
I really cannot remember when last time I hard-reset my eos fire, 1-1.5 year ago or more
Go read entire rom's thread and you see from last version there are no problems with it at all, actully someone just posted thanks after 4 years hahahaha
edit - eOS FIRE supports Polish language too: (lol, I didnt knew!)
