Is anyone able to provide a CAB for the Windows Mobile Marketplace application for a 6.5 ROM?

isnt it cooked in to all WM6.5 ROMs
I think they mean the one that gets installed when you try to access wm marketplace today. I clicked the installed icon and it downloaded a cab to install. I can't find the cab now to upload though.
I don't seem to have it either (Mikenificent 2.6)
it doesn't seem to be cooked into all WM6.5 ROMs, mine is fairly old so i'm just wondering whether to download a new ROM or just to get hold of a CAB?

With the WM 6.1 fever going so hot now, I thought it was a good time for me to share a useful utility by dny238 from Hermes forum.
He created SettingsSavior v0.97 which is a great application to help you do your tonnes of cab installation automatically. It's really automatically, one cab after the other. You even have a choice of doing silent install. What's even better, is that you can also backup some of your device information like user name, etc. using his application. The thread is as follows:

This is a great app! It's just the app to help us try more cooked roms without much of a hastle.

Have you tried on 6.1? I actally donated to this on my hermes. LOVE IT.
Not much success on Tytn II. The cabs install. Not all the settings saved and it keeps trying to install on every reset.
wish there was an update. I love this progy.
So what is the difference with TrierAutoInstall? Maybe a combination of both apps is a perfect match? Who can do this????

True about "it keeps trying to install on every reset" but I just select NO and when it pops up, I uncheck everything except the Install Cabs. After the last cab is installed, and at the next install, it doesn't prompt anymore.
I don't make use of the other features as I already have a personalization cab.
Yes, it works in WM 6.1.

They both install cabs. But that is all Trier does. If that is all you need than it is great.
Setting Savior saves email settings connection settings and many more as well as cabs.

I've searched high and low (maybe i suck at searching)...
Last night I installed WM6.1 on my Touch... Loving it. All good. However I noticed that the oem rom I used doesn't have Windows Live (not search. I need the one with email, messenger, etc).
Can anyone link me to the latest version of the CAB install?

If I were you I would just go to a kaiser forum. Find Dutty or Allthe way. Click on the link below their name and you'll find it. They have EVERYTHING.

Has anyone installed the Manilla 2D in HTC Wizard running a Windows Mobile 5?
I tried installing it in mine and after the restart, the HTC Home plugin vanished altogether and there was nothing else.
On checking the Today items, there was no Touch Flo listed nor the HTC home plugin I was using earlier was listed.
A quick check in the registry showed the entries for Touch Flo (and also for the vanished HTC home) present under the Today registry entries.
Does this thing work on WM5 at all?
Am I missing something?
NOTE: I also installed the shared dll cab file.

dude the manilla 2d post is right here, it's still in development and needs so many windows mobile 6 and htc components from it running smoothly that it dosen't even work on wm6 that great good luck with the wm5 mabe the guys will be able to develop one for you

This is now a Wizard thread.
Well here's what i'll be testing this weekend.
As i placed the new shared dll's into the rom i got no double file notice while using build OS.
So that means the files weren't there to begin with.
Which propalby means it's missing some registry entries to those files (besides the ones in the RGU file)
So that's the first thing to try.
After that it's comparing and comparing.
Volume did not work Start menu and Title bar did work.
Nice kitchen by the way makes a fast little rom so J.VD. Great simple Oem Pack, it's been two years since i cooked myself my own wizard.
No let's see if there's still some of the old Wizard Folk checking this forum, that have now turned cook that also want to return home.

I have decided tonight to finish why i studied Cooking.
I Will Come home to finally cook a wizard ROM, and hopefully i will get a of the SPC crew along.
But i will need a little help, i've been spoiled not needing an Ext Rom anymore on the Elves, luckily i know how to use the search function

Really need to do some reading up first.
I'm thinking of using the Ext Rom a little bit differently.
Like move Some of the Skin files that don't need to be there.
Haven't seen that been done before

As for M2D at the moment, i would not bet on it. (don't want to set impossible standards at the moment)
That would really need Dfereira's experience for when he ported HTCHome to WinMob 5.

I use alot of java betting applications and they all work much easier for some reason in JBlend compared to the others.
I did have this included in the TMobile 6.1 Rom but for some reason that rom that was installed on phone after it was sent of for repair would not allow me to pair the device on bluetooth with my PC.

I think L26's TF3D V4 uses JBlend. I prefer Esmertec though, especially for Opera Mini (Switching landscape - portrait works better)
Ah i installed that cab but the applications wont install into it. They say downloading and then nothing happens.
The old Midlet Manager in WM5 was the best. Think these companies developing Java applications need to move with the times.

I am running Mighty's WM 6.5 rom on my tp2. I have yet to find a Sprint TV cab that works. I have tried a couple of the cabs around here and PPCGeeks, but they all error out when I launch the program.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, MightyMike includes the latest version of .NET in his roms, i have several other programs that use it, so I know that it is working properly.

I am in the same boat. I cannot believe that there are not a few more people out there wanting this also. I know Sprint TV is not great but there are times when it is handy. Like Thursday night NFL network football

one of the last current posts on that linked thread says something about Sprint TV and Sprint NFL ....are you sure Sprint TV is working? If so, could you please cab it up for us?
