I downloaded the hero rom full v3 and my screen doesn't rotate how can I fix this? And also, is there anything I can download so it will rotate?

Hello I am looking for a rom for my 8125. I was wondering if anyone had a windows mobile 6 rom that was ported from the wing. I am looking for one that is pretty much exactly like the one on the wing. I dont want anything like htc home or cube or any of that stuff. If any can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I have read through almost every thread here and I can not seem to find anything along those lines.
there is one out here. use the search function. I forgot what it is called. something like wing port for wizard. It exists. I know it. I used it once. and in fact, it is exactly like the wing. even has the wing's extended rom. damn. forgot what the thread was called.
maybe because too many peole post new threads before using google.

Not trying to be a smart ass here, just a tip for next postings (on any forum i might add)
Try to avoid titels like "Can anyone help" "Phone won't work" etc but try to put the keywords of your problem/question in the titel, you will benefit yourself aswell next time you search the forum.

I noticed that L26 has a rom that includes Manilla 3D and TF3D. Does anyone else have a rom with both of these options? I have only seen TF3D mixed with Manilla 2D. Any recommendations on a current rom as well?
I'm currently using Anryl's v5; it's very fast, and it doesn't come with a radio. After using both I think his is smoother, faster, and less buggy.

First of all : Manilla 3D and TouchFlo3D and TF3D all refer to the same project.
If you had actually taken the time to read Leo's (full:Laurentius26, the creator of L26 Roms) thread on the L26 ROM , you would've found out that this very question has already been asked a couple of times and consequently answered a couple of posts further up by either Leo himself or someone else.
Not to flame you or anything, well maybe a little, but this is exactly the stuff that is driving our developers away from here.
Opening up threads with questions you could've easily found the answer to,
had you actually taken the time to READ or even SEARCH.
Let alone posting it on the wrong thread.
Final comment @ Hyden121: Ignorance is never a valid excuse for stupidity
(@ everyone else: Sorry, I don't often scream, but felt this one was justified and necessary)

Manila is just the codename under TF3D was developed.

So, you think someone asks a perfectly reasonable question and all these intelligent developers suddenly throw up their arms in despair and decide to stop developing?? - do me a favour mate, your repsonse was 'Simply Unbelievable' and a complete waste of everyones time - if you can't help then don't bother to post.

People need to do a little bit of reading, research, & searching before posting questions that have already been ask several times. Generally if you have a problem or a question someone else has too. Consequently someone else has probably already posted about the problem or issue.
Any ROM should work with both of it. Search for those individual threads, and you will find out more information. I presonally prefer 2D. 3D has lots of bugs in then, and cant turn the phone off, which is a no no for me.
My intent with this post was to never waste anyone's time. I did research and reading but perhaps I did not quite understand what I was looking at. A forum is a place to ask questions and learn and that is what I did. I only wanted help understanding and quite simply all I was looking for is a simple answer or perhaps a link to a corresponding forum. I don't believe that my question was an invalid one and I doubt people are leaving because of questions such as mine. You do not have to post a response if you are not answering the specific question or trying to help in another way. I would think that the idea of being flamed and accused of not searching the forums prior to posting a question is what would really drive people away. I am sorry if I wasted anyone's time with my post but next time please feel free to overlook my posts if they bother you so much.

This belongs in general not development, second everyone has thier own opnion of which is the best/fastest.
Most of the time you probably havnt messed with the swap settings enough to see what works best for you. Its not just turn on and that's it.
And do you have a class 6 sd card? Its a must for hero roms.
And to atleast Try to answer your question my favorite is in my signature.

I recently installed Cookie V.8 on my HD2. In the option to choose wallpapers eI get just a blank white screen. I reinstalled it and got the same results.
Can anyone say why this is happening.

Please guys, everyday I see a new thread that is be open by someone who have a problem with CHT;
so pleas take this from me; post your question on the thread from CHT!!!

simply by the fact that some problems are already asked!!! And that their was already give a solution to it!!
1) It is much easier to the creator of CHT to give you a perfect reply to it if it is asked in one and only thread! ( do you think that the creator have time too look in each new thread if someone have a problem with his creation?? ( I don't think so!)
2) If you asked it on the correct thread and the creator give you the solution to it the next people who have the same problems don't need to a) search everywhere to find the solution, and b) if his problem is already mention and the solution is given you don't need tho post a other thread and wait to someone see your problem and give a solution if he know it!
Thats all I got to say! Not to criticize you ore someone els, but it is simple logistic thinking!
I'm sure you will find much easier and faster your answerer there!!

Can someone who isn't a bitter 30-year old virgin answer me this, since I can't find a proper answer anywhere else. This is the Q&A section, right?
Depends on the device. Porting OS's is difficult to say the least.
If you look at the HTC HD2 forums, you will see that the devs there have managed it.
All in all, don't get your hopes up for an easy way to get WP7 on your Android, in most cases, it is actually impossible.
