How to convert file cab to file exe

bal666 i need your help pls

i downloaded HTC64_Extended_ROM_Tool_v1.1.zip
but now i have a sely qustion
from where i can get the nbf file for Extended_ROM
i used the upgrade file but it dosen't work because it was exe file :!:

when you execute the exe file...it creats a temp folder with all the nbf files...search for *.nbf can you can find them... then copy the required file into the desktop
i had a question for bal666
your tool converts the file into FAt
how can i convert it to .nba format

i was wondering if there was any way to un-pack a *.tsk theme file so that i could just have the background image? i need it for a spb theme i'm having made. thanks for your help.

rename it to a CAB file (change .tsk to .cab) and use mscinf to extract the file

Convert rar in nbh?

hello guys
there is a way or a program to convert a sappimg.rar in sappimg.nbh?
because it follows the guidance of amonra "how to fix a perfect spl" file download is in rar. and magic in hboot only read files. nbh

If you cannot figure out what to do with RAR files, you should not even be here.

Rar's need to be extracted. Find WinRAR and extract the .nbh file.
