my SPL now is 2.13 and i dont now what is my prophet G3 or G4?

please read the wiki or search, this question has been answered many times
If your SPL & IPL end to .0001 then it's G4.If it ends to .0000 then it's G3.
hey guys i am a new poster but i have a problem with my o2 xda neo.
it has IPL: 2.09 and SPL: 2.13.
Does this means it is a G3 ?????
the point is i tried to update its rom with this one: "RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QTEK_WWE_Ship_GREEK2.2.0"
and it stucks in 96% always with an "update error 300"
now i am stuck in the bootloader screen and i dont know what ROM to use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did i tried a wrong ROM and destoyed the phone ???????????
p.s. : the phone had an imate rom installed so it wasnt cid locked

As written in the wiki the 2.xx.000x defines wether G3 or G4.
.0000 -> G3
.0001 -> G4
and welcome to xda-developers
thanks for the welcome Gambit999 but i cant see a .0000 or a .0001 to define if its a G3 or G4.
In the bootscreen theres only IPL: 2.09
SPL: 2.13
and nothing more!!!
please explain to me if u can my friend cause i am in front of the pc all day long waiting for an answer .... i cant take it any more.....
If you have only IPL 2.09 its G3 too!
IPL 2.09.0001 is G4
IPL 2.09.0000 is G3

TC 500 are G4 device!
G4 or G3 is the version of the DOC "Disk On Chip" if you flash the wrong version ... you kill your device!

hi i have hts 8125.
IPL and SPL both are 2.25.
the phone is unlocked. just wonderind as it is a G3 phone can i upgrade to any available wm6 rom for wizard ? or are there any specific on for G3 phones ??
