help - Wing, P4350 ROM development

ok i might be dumb but still need to fix this
ok i install a tmobile wing rom on to a tmobile mda now it go to the bootloader n then to to a white screeen in stay there cant even connect to a pc help please

1. This is a development forum, not a Q/A forum.
2. This is a Herald forum (wing) not a Wizard forum (MDA).
I suggest you ask the Wizard users as they know their devices best. Also, make sure you post it on the correct sub forum. The development sub forums get the most traffic but that doesn't mean it's the right sub forum to post in.
And as a side note, I'm not sure if this works on the Wizard, but you could always attempt creating a goldcard. (Please don't ask me how to do so. I am GUESSING. And even if I was correct, just search for it.)
If I was a mod, this would be moved.

Wow, this is a classic post. But no, a goldcard will not work. Once a Wizard is done, it's done. You can try JTAGing it, but I doubt that anything will happen, as do I doubt that you know what a JTAG is seeing as how you flashed a Wing ROM to a Wizard in the first place. Better luck next time!

(WEB)TV Chanels for Wing/Herald?

is there any (NEW) Web T.V cabs.or roms. with good movie channels ??"sorry if not saying it right,im kinda new," can some one help me out and please provide me with links.THANK YOU!!!
This is the ROM Development forum. Most ROM cookers don't use cabs, therefore, more than likely you can't really get help here. Try asking in the Herald forum. (It isn't just that we don't want to help if you post on the wrong place, but there is a different set of people in each forum that know different things.)

HardSPL Question

I had to HardSPL my phone to install the ROM I'm using now. Once you do it, is the phone permanently HardSPL'd, or do u have to run the HardSPL everytime u change ROMs?
Thanks.
It's permanent (that's what the Hard part stands for).
Next time, if you have a question, ask in the general Herald or Herald 6 forums. This forum is meant for development threads.

dude... i read it and tried to install but couldnt get it done.can you please post the link here.
appreciate your help
here ya go..a link you requested. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835
HardSPL is not an OS. Hard SPL will allow you to install custom Roms. The OS will be Windows Mobile. duh.
Also don't bother with Android since you lack patience with reading and searching.
Everything you need to know is in the wiki and the sticky at the top of the page.
Unfortunately ( for you ) this is Xda-developers, not " I want to be cool like the other guys , but I lack the patience to read and understand " forum. Thousands of people here have read reread and reread the sticky and have put in the time to understand the process and no one here is going to do it for you. If you don't understand the simple process then leav your phone alone or you will brick it.
At the very least, this post does not belong in the development section, it belongs in the " I'm a noob help me make my phone cool " section. Then read, go through the process and post in the " flashing for noobs " thread, specific questions on where in the process you got stuck, and someone there will answer specific questions.
As others state read the sticky, wiki etc and use the resources already provided for you.....
On that note thread closed.

I am now going to a site called " goooooooooogle "
The development forum is only for development threads. If you have questions, please post them in the q&a forum. Also, read the stickies. There are walkthroughs for almost everything.

[Q] HELP :(

Hello everyone i just started flashing my htc hd2 phone and it was doing ok but when i got to the part when im about to put the rom on my phone my laptop froze and i took my phone off from the usb and took off the battery now when i turn my phone on it goes to mgldr and its not sync to my pc and now i don't know what to do please help
i just realized that i posted this thread on the wrong discussion and im sorry because i was freaking out gonna go post this on the right one because i don't know how to delete this thread <-----noob T_T
Try doing a factory reset from magldr and see if that helps. Otherwise, look into flashing a ROM directly from your SD card. There's plenty of help about that in the HD2 development forums...

Just select the Android or Windows Phone forum - whichever is relevant - and do lots of reading in there.
Thank you johncmolyneux i will read everything thank you again

Take johnc's advice. Also make sure u always have a backup no matter how little a change your doing to your phone. These phones are computers and you never know what can happen.
