pbar and pocket cm with manila...

hi, I have two problems:
1. I have installed the last release of pocket cm my raphael, I can't do it the defaulr contact manager. I put the contacts shortcut as right softkey, but when I tap over it always run the default wm contacts.
2. my taskmanager is pbar, but, with manila, pbar detects an application runningall the time,the application name is Start. how cab I hide it? Can you tell me about a better taskmanager?

2. I use wktask and there is an option for this "always hide". If there is not such an option try wktask.

What is the first few things you do / install after you flash a new ROM?

I want to see what kind of apps and or tweaks you guys do upon flashing a new ROM. If you use UC or Sashi whatever to auto customize (haven't used either yet) what cabs do you auto-install or what settings do you auto-tweak (if that's an option)?
I personally pop open Fuze Tweak / Diamond Tweak along with Advanced Config and start messing with those settings, turning on battery saving stuff, updating touch sensitivity etc.
What do you do?

Registry: Owner Information
Cab: eWallet
Delete sample Wallet that was installed
Registry: info for eWallet
Install SpriteBackup
Install HandyShopper
After:
Set volume levels and ring tone.
Add my contacts to the TF3D tab
Add my cities to TF3D weather
Setup email account.

Usually check the performance (touch flo)
Upload pr0nz
Watch pr0nz
Clean screen
....
Repeat

I load up xda-developers and check the raphael forum for new posts

install msvc, sync to mail2web for contacts and then blackberry connect... thats about it... i slowly configure settings on days when im bored until it's all good.

Restore PIM BACKUP files, so that the phone is ready again.
Then play with the programs and settings, and se responsiveness.
Then go to sleep.

Mobile Shell 3...can't live without it...Pandora. Good thread b/c I will be looking for interesting apps to install.

Soti Pocket Controller. I'm an old fart and don't like staring at the screen when I'm setting my phone up. Plus, once in a while I'll get someone that would rather text me 1,523 times instead of calling me, so being able to use the keyboard to type without having to use the stylus or flip out keyboard is nice.

cabs for 6.5 home screen?

is it possible to install this WM6.5 home screen from cab file on wm 6.1?
I've got BA, and there is wm 6.5 on ba, but i want only this today screen, not whole new ROM.

I tried to use this cab, but it not work. Is installed, the registry settings are in the right place, but it doesn't show on today screen's items list. I tried to enable it from registry cause I saw that was disabled but no difference. And I cannot uninstall it.

It's not real.

GPS Toggle installs as a Today plugin that appears to be the only place it can be. does anyone have any idea how to change that so that it can be put on the SPB Mobile Shell 3 Lifestyle page? I'm using PHM RegEdit on a cooked WM6.5 rom

Remove Start button and X close button Finally

Finally there is a way to disable the startbutton and/or the close button on winmo 6.5.x builds (i'm on 23544 right now and it works!)

i know this is an old thread but i was wondering if there was any way to remove the start softkey in wm 6.5. i tried this cab and it didnt work but im not using 6.5.X. any help guys?

i'd really like to remove my start button from the home taskbar and i also have a question regarding this...i am unable to find the Bubble Tiles option in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\BubbleTiles
when i use try to do the registry edit, the files under Shell starts with CumulativeCallTimers thru WZCSVC
