already trying this but in flashtool when it says "connect your device in flash mode" i connected in flash mode and flash mode shows that device is connected in flash mode but nothing happen then and after few seconds device power off automatically. I think my device is in MTP mode as flashtool say your device should not in MTP mode, is there any way to change mode using flashtool or any other method?
Maybe useing SEUS?

Hi Thanks
Yes the device is rooted I figured out that fastboot on my phone is pwr-vol.up-menu so i'm able to start the phone is fastboot mode
What I'm trying to do is restore stock rom using the file recovery.img that someone posted on the web and AIO Flasher The program asks me to select partition so if I select recovery and flash the file will that restore my stock rom?
Pantech P9060 AIO Flasher says no device connected

Dont use programs/tools. Use adb and fastboot.
Boot into the bootloader and type 'fastboot flash recovery recoveryname.img'
Make sure you have the driver installed correctly and you have put the recovery img in the same folder as the adb and fastboot files.
Had this problem twice before, its easy to fix. Dont cry about it.

Need to enable USB debugging on rooted phone with broken screen

Hi
I was given a Xiaomi Mi4 with a broken screen by a friend, and I want to use it as part of a robotics project. (I need this phone in particular because it features hardware scheduled shutdown & restart).
I can boot in recovery (mi recovery 2.01) & fastboot. 'fastboot devices' lists a device but 'adb devices' does not.
Is there a way I can remotely install something like JuiceSSH? Or otherwise remotely control it?
I think I need USB Debugging enabled to do this?
any help appreciated.
I can get into the internal storage, and I can boot into recovery and select 'install update.zip', so it should be possible to install a different rom on it.
Is there a rom for the mi4 that has USB Debugging turned on? Or has Vysor or something similar installed by default?

some custom ROMs come with USB debugging enabled .
I can't try for you cuz I don't have this phone model .
But I think you can turn on adb via recovery mode .
Are you using custom recovery.

The same happened to me. Try using vysor in pc. It shows your Mobile screen on pc. It worked for me. You dont need to install vysor n your mobile. Pc verion will auto install it on your device.

thanks for the help but im not sure if I had twrp after all . no matter what i can't get past the adb device "unauthorized" state. turns out the pixel2 is unique in not supporting usb-c to hdmi - thanks Google. i tried unified toolkit and vysor. next thing i might try is a hammer and send the pulverized phone back to Google.
