Hi, just wondering if there is a way to get the time and date to show when reading old threaded text messages. The time shows for newer messages of that same day, while older messages only show the date. Any suggestions? Thanks!
BTT...I am in search of a solution to this as well. I occasionally need to go back and see what time I sent or received a text, and it is frustrating to see nothing but the date on older texts.

Whenever I get a SMS from someone overseas, the time shown on the SMS is in their timezone, rather than mine. This is a bit confusing and also means that new SMSes from other countries are listed below other messages I've already read. Is there a way to get Windows Mobile to show all times in my time zone?

Am also having this problem with my new HTC Touch Pro, except the times are totally off (the person that's messaging me is way behind my timezone, yet their messages appear two hours ahead of my timezone?)

I've searched all over these forums and i can't seem to find either anyone with the same problem or a fix. My Text messages tab, as well as any app that pulls in text messages, only shows old texts starting from about 2 months ago and going back. I can still access all new texts through the actual email/sms app on my phone, but any apps i go to install can't read any new texts. I have a touch pro 2 on verizon running Mightyrom Love.

Since a few days im having problems with my messages inbox.
Because when you send a message to a contact you can see what messages you have send before right ? so it looks kinda like a conversation and you can scroll back to the first message you have ever send.
Now im having a problem because when i send or recieve a message it doesnt show.
I do get a notification that someone had send me a message but i cant find it and/or read it. because when i go to that conversation it just shows that the last message was send yesterday and i can read those without a problem it just doesnt show new messages.
I have deleted all my messages and then it works again for the first 5 or 6 messages but then again if i get a message i cant find it in my inbox and it looks like i never got a text.
I've looked into the options and couldnt find anything strange so i was wondering if someone else had problems with this ?
People do recieve my messages though so thats not a problem i just cant read the ones they send to me so it almost looks like my phone only saves a certain amount of messages and after that it will not save my messages anymore.

have you tried another messaging app like handcent from the market it is free and also a good messaging app there is also go sms for free so maybe try theser and see what happens??
So earlier today, I was looking for an old text message from a friend, and it literally took me an hour to scroll through all the texts messages. I remember in WM6 that you could just type whatever you wanted to find while you were in the inbox, and it would filter out everything else.
Does anybody know if there is anything like this on WP7?

I am using MightyText (and PushBullet) to send text from my desktop. Text messages get sent and the other ends receive them, however the sent messages don't get saved in the message database (they are not in the threads in the messaging app). Anyone has the same problem? Solution?
