Arabic Rom

I Need Arabic rom

I got mine from dubai and it had a english rom. So I don't think there is a arabic rom. Didn't I-Mate only support Arab??

Yes, my TyTN II, purchased here in Muscat, was packaged for sale in the Middle East and it has a WWE ROM
And no bundled GPS software but that makes sense as Middle East GPS maps for WM PDAs does not seem to be available from any GPS vendor. (Probably has something to do with the war in Iraq...)
As far as I know only i-mate offer WM PDAs with support for Arabic.

Tytn II is to be launched in Egypt at the end of november, Sales manager in the HTC dealer in Egypt confirmed that it will have arabic and arabic keyboard too. I hope so.
I am waiting for it to buy.

Can anybody translate these instructions to English.I need it for a friend.

Here is a quick translation.
Basiclaly the page goes through all the usual things of upgragin, Hard Reset etc.
In point no 8 it talks about installing the Arabic Plugin..

Arabizing your current ROM
After you download the "autoRun" file from the following link, http://www.ce4arab.com/vb7/redirecto...1194528617.rar
extract it and copy it to your SD card. But when installing make sure you install on your device. There are four programs in this file. When prompted to install, do install all, but again make sure to install onto the Device... Not the Sd card.
After all installed, you can remove the program/s that you do not need.
It is recommended to do a Soft Reset after the installation is completed.
The Alarm days abbreviations could show in Arabic, to change back to English ( Latin Letters ) you need to go to
Start/Settings/System/In4Mobility and change your location language to English USA. This change will still enable you to write and receive SMS in Arabic.

Does this enable external keyboard to type Arabic? because since i have change my ROM the QWERTY keyboard is English even after installing FJE the QWERTY keyboard is english

dear all the original rom i had on my kaiser was with arabic and it is even with arabic keyboard, but unfortunatily i lost the rom when i tryed the coocked ones and i realy feel sorry about it.
the rom info was:
ROM VERSION: 1.81.415.4 WWE
ROM DATE: 29/10/2007
ROM VERSION: 1.27.15.32
PROTOCOL VERSION: 22.51.88.13H

prayer time
I got my TyTN II in Egypt but I had to stop the extended rom installation (including FGE) coz it stops the GPS functions .. I installed FGE from this link and it works fine but the Prayer Time program doesn't go off at prayer times .. any ideas ?

yes my dear,
if you follow the link listed previously you can downloud the arabic to your kaiser along with outside keybord arabic typing.

How Can I Add Arabic lang To My Vox ??? :(

please i need ur help to add arabic language to my device , how can i create language cab file ?? i tried SmartArabizerLoc.CAB but it didn't work with me i did everything installation of the cab file and changing IE setting .. i did everything but it didn't work with ...
1- it displays the characters but from left to right (arabic is right to left language )
2- all characters are seperate from each other, like when u write C A T something like this
so please if u can tell me the procedures to create the language file ??? plzzzzzzz

Hm it is a ROM.
You probably won't be able to get Arabic on 6.1, because there are no localization available. Neither Arabic nor any other language (well, except English of course)!

how the other roms contain most of the languages ... like Dr. Gonzo's and Secable .....
Btw i'm using secable's rom

Hm secable's ROM is 6.0 and Dr. G's 6.1 ROM does only contain English. Otherwise you might add eT9 languages and keyboard layouts, but that's it for 6.1. Using the ARA ROM and secable's ROM, you might be able to cook them together, I don't know if NEO works with ARA.

Hmmmm ... ok .. can u tell how the procedures to do that .. or any link to guide me ???

I have downloaded and tried to install it to my vox but it did not work ... I originally had WM 6.0 without the Arabic which I would have loved to have as well but it froze while installing and when I reset my phone it went back to its original 6.0 Rom and still no Arabic ...can you help please. Also I was wondering if your 6.5 Rom supports Arabic? Thanks again for all your work.

hi every body,,
for all arabic people who are live in Europe or other countries having t3333 hct , now you can send messeges or read it , enoy arabic setting in in your pocket pc with the programs which are attached.
the first program will give you arabic keyboard but its not very nice so you need the second program below to give you the orginal very nice keyboard.
just download the all attachmen and read txt file before for instruction
its safe and work 100%

One solution would be to do a hard reset (you will lose ALL data, SMS, programs etc.). Read here how: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=6271710#post6271710

i'd like to uninstall the arab and english softwars cz i don't really like it but i can't.somehow it says the arabic system is running hence can't uninstall.need to disable the arabic system first to allow uninstallation but i have no idea how...

those who r useing the arabic have u noticed the line plays up
i just tested sending arabic on my hd2
.if u use htc sence the message displays fine but when u click on the message it goes back to front

[Q] Adding multilanguage Keyboard to rom

Hi,
I'm Using Hexgore's rom and really i enjoy it as it's the best rom for ChaCha i have ever tested ... but the only bad thing in it for me that it's only support English (keyboard) ... i need to add Arabic keyboard also beside the English one ..
I made some modification to the Hexgore's rom ... i make it support Arabic Language for reading ex(SMS's...) and (Browser) ...
What I DID:
- I DeOdexed Hexgore's rom.
- Apply Arabic language shaping Patch
- re-Odex the rom again ( It works perfectly for reading Arabic).
- The Missing process is adding Arabic as a second Keyboard.

so i need any help, guide, advice any thing to do it as many users ask about Arabic support for Hexgore's rom and as you know Hexgore stoped to support this rom anymore....
I will Upload this rom after finishing adding Arabic support for both reading and writing ..

thank you Mina, i tested it now and it woks perfectly :good: on Hexgore's rom ....but, i don't want to do this with a 3rd party app, some people told me to modify the HTC_IME.pak file !!!! , i will use this app temporarily till restore the stock's rom arabic langauge keyboard
any other solutions ???
