This is a CHS edition with only 0804 language files because of ROM size limit.

Looks awesome what about free program memory and storage? How is the overall performance?

Memmory use was very high so i removed it.
I have the complete translated Dutch OEM package. I will place OEM in kitchen

This ROM isn't IN English .. it's in Dutch. He plainly states so in the first post when he says "I have now a working 23563 0413 ROM installed"

COLOR OS 2​Ported from different sourges , actually i dont know what i use & boot​Many apps removed , rom size 233mb (symlinked to sd ext)
YOU HAVE TO MAKE 2 SD EXT PARTITION ( SD-DATA 500MB OR MORE SD CACHE 70 MB ​FEATURES
*Kernel , used from weekly 9 cm 4.3 thanks galaxfreak
*so Can oc up 878 with sweep2wake ((Dont mount system read/write when cpu 600+ otherwise Overclock up to 878 mhz not cause nandburn))
*Ram usage fair , usualy get 240+ mb free but not good as it
*you dont need to reboot phone every day
*wifi,camera (with recording) ,USB storage(MTP ? i dont know how ) ,working
*also awesome features works (((i dont include many apps , for first build​KNOWN ISSUES
*I didnt test bluetoot if it is buggy tell me
*battery drains like cm4.3 (cause phone standby) maybe we solve this
*Phone dialer crash when tap on it ?
*clock realy needs to be resize and some apps have to ​INSTALLATION​
