this is the non-free eyron and thats exactly why it only works on specific roms.
basically, it didn't work for me on dxia5 rom but it woked on orange\pelephone\cellcom roms.

I want to know what is "ROM" ? It connects to pocket pc ? it suit for all pocket pc device? what is it ? Thanks for explainer.

the files are hidden so i cant see them in my device, so i cant install the cab files
i tried to move the entire folder as u said but still its doesnt work

Looks awesome what about free program memory and storage? How is the overall performance?

Memmory use was very high so i removed it.

This ROM isn't IN English .. it's in Dutch. He plainly states so in the first post when he says "I have now a working 23563 0413 ROM installed"

HTC Oboe (T9199) WM6.5 GSM and CDMA dual sim has system lang. CHS (0804) only
Can anybody advice me how to add or replace with WWE (0409)
will be grateful for any tips and advice in what direction should I look for
