You need to choose the HOME them from the setting panel.
Choose "Carousel" as the theme.

Make sure you have installed the i600 carousel first BEFORE installing this new one. This diamond theme will replace some of the carousel files so you need to have it first.
Google "i600.carousel"

I've tried searching on google like you said, but am still utterly confused....

Yes, it does now some bugs... but i still prefer this ROM above a ROM with TF3D 2.1
The icons and wheater at the start are so helpful and handy.. since i flashed this ROM i haven't seen WM anymore, TouchFlo is now even deeper integrated. All the settings and options are in TF style.
The new and better calendar is also a big improvement.

I prefer the new ones, some screens were just really black and white only..

Were the problems really bad, only I was thinking of flashing Udk's R1 ROM. If it's too glitchy then I might stick with stock ROM. I'd be grateful for your thoughts thanks!

Well at this moment from what I observed in 2 days of use:
1. problems with Wifi (turning on/off by itself) and signal indicators (I had no bars at all, or at most 1-2 lines of signal) - this was solved, you need to wait the latest ROM release
2. some problems with Weather tab, couldn't remove all the cities
3. Opera is not the default browser, when clock on internet tab, IE opens instead of Opera
4. Some random problems in picture gallery, unable to reproduce them
5. The speed sensation is that it's a little slower and unstable

Many thanks for your response! I might hesitate for a bit and wait to see if a new release (R2) fixes these issues you found plus any others. I've tried reading through the specific thread for this udk ROM, but it's hard going!

yeah, I'd be really interested in this too ... a .cab with TF3d2.5 OR .6, rather than a full ROM

Transparent slider for Sense 2.1?

Has anybody been able to implement a semi-transparent or glass effect slider in Sense 2.1?
I have tried everything i can find without success. I am using the Dutty R3 ROM.

i used maxtf3d works like a charm.. just search for the comonents pack for 2.1

I'll have a look for that pack now, thanks. I did try Maxttm before but didn't know which components to add.
Edit: Officially tried every method on this forum now and failed. It seems some ROMs just make this impossible whereas on others it works fine. I'll stick to the default slider.

AFAIK you are the first to create a glass slider that actually works with manila 2.1 1920 so kudos to you. Me and many others have run into this problem that a lot of common mods haven't been developed to work with this particular version of manila. It seems that it came out at around the same time as manila 2.5 and all the developmental effort has gone into modifying that.
Personally i prefer Sense/Manila 2.1 so it's great that somebody has put in the time to come up with this for us.

just copy the files to you're windows folder and overwrite existing files

Original tab icons attached here as manila files. Can it help you?

Are the Manila icon files you are posting from a stock version of 2.1? If you are using the stock ROM i believe Lucarps fixed transparent slider will work.
Custom ROMs use a different icon set (usually the same ones that are found in Sense 2.5) which is why there has been no nice slider for us up till now. The files to be posted need to come from a Sense 2.1 phone.

I'll sticked here waiting for a aligned version...

The icon files are from Stock ROM 2.16.407.1
But I encountered the same issue wirh overlapping icons which is caused by the hero-icons in background (?).
Regarding "Lucarps fixed transparent slider":
Where can I find the version you meant? This one? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=4092805#post4092805
There are 5 files inside, but none of them is called "79daf061_manila"

As I supposed, worst thing ever. Tab Bar is changed/broken, no change to the slider itself.
BTW: Stock HTC ROM has Sense 2.1

Background for All Tabs: Manila 2.5 1922

The cab prepared by jaguaralani was not working on my Rom (currently device powered by Dutty's Rom) with manila 2.5 1922.
So with the help of grzegorz10, we have prepared the attached cab. It works fine on mine.

It works great only one problem is my weather animation went a little bit lower, so now i see my hometown name, date and what weather it is in the same place? Also if i dont want tis cab anymore how do i get rid of it?
Oh and one more thing, when i go to the settings tab its all transparant, i would like that to be normal if it's possible, just like the Agenda-tab(i think it's called that way in English).

If your screen looks like this, after installing a BG4all, you could try mine here. It is for 2.5.1922 also. Should work on the 2.5.1922 roms, that have this issue.

The theme is created to be dark gray so it'll save ur battery life and it is very light too, just performance,battery and looking good, nothing more...
The theme will work on WVGA (800x480) and vga (640x480).
It work only with Windows Mobile 6.5.x (2168x +)
The base theme is from Htc Hd Mini and I have added some particulars like GTX style...

It would be amazing if an user create that... no? Change u.i. without flashing mobile... I think it will remain an utopia because Windows Phone 7 is on and developer will go on it, lefting Windows 6.5
