OMG you have terrible taste in music

What? My HTC Audo Manager doesn't look like this at all Mine is green, and looks kinda terrible. Is it possible to get new skins? Or any suggs?

Same here! Mine doesn't look like that at all, it's green and looks like ****! I have the latest rom and it's not branded in any way! Strange...

It is not strange, just different skins, mine is totally black. I don't know if this is working, but you can try to copy the files in the zip to Windows and overwrite the old files, then you SHOULD have the black skin!

copied the PNG files and replaced mm_skin.xml and mmr_skin.xml, does not work
does anyone have the new version of AM included in the 6.1 cook-ups?

it's the same one in my 6.1 rom and my 6.0 rom

can you share the separate CAB (w/ black theme) if possible?

you should be able to get the cab on the New Guava rom thread. first page i believe (unless it was taken down)

Can anyone please tell me how to make the audio manager work exactly? Whenever i extract the file in my pda, i cant find the program itself.. If anyone can tell me step by step, i would appreciate it. Thanks

Do not extract the cab file to PDA.
Copy the file to the PDA, either to the storage or phone memory.
Use the phone file explorer to navigate to the location.
open the cab file from there.

Does anyone have an idea how to make the Iconbar background transparent so that the black does not disturb the 6.1 ROM that has no top bar under the icons??

Does not work for me on Vox with Dr. Gonzo's WM6.1 ROM.

for me worked perfectly on shipped (1.34.407.1 / 1.23.166.1) by building custom rom, include the plugin
i never use cab-installer
try use the first version Iconbar_plugin without any Images...
(for me it work better then version2)

Follow the instructions in here (link) and it will work...the thing is it only works correctly in portrait mode, because that iconbar was made to the HTC Shadow...

I've followed the instructions to a T and still not able to get it working on the Vox, even in portrait mode. My icon bar will dissappear when making the change, but I'm not able to replace it.

I really don't know what you're doing wrong...I followed the instructions on the refered site, and as you can see on the pictures below, it's working on my Vox. The real issue is that it can't work in landscape AND portrait mode...it doesn't switch between modes automatically...when you add the code to the xml file, you choose if you want it in landscape or portrait...I have it in portrait, hence the icons a little bit shifted to the left.
One last thing: I then found an updated version, which has transparent background, and that possibility to choose between the screen modes (landscape or portrait) - (LINK)

maybe you could post your xml file?

It's black because probably you are not using the version found in the modaco forum, in the link i said before. You have to copy the files contained in that zip file to the windows folder for it to work properly.

Actually it works fine!
Too bad the icons only show on the main screen and reverts back to the regular ones when doing a call

it should be language independent i didnt see anything about language in files - you can edit it with notepad...
me to dont like this square highlight... some1 plz post the default round highlight & i make cab for this.

I tried your cab and the manual way, but both are not working. I reseted my MDA compact V two times and also tried a different cab, made for Xperia.
My Start Menu still shows 3 rows, though there is an entry in the "startmenu_grid scene" that shows rows=4
Any Ideas?

I've got the same problem: tried the .cab and also copy and paste the two files to windows directory. Still have 3 rows....
My Rom is Udk R6 aswell, in german...

just installed it...and a I like it very much.
my question is, is it possible to change the background wallpaper. I have in all views the same wallpaper but now, after installing this cab, I have a different wallpaper for the menu...

Manila Sense 2.5 **Windows Theme**

A Windows 7 inspired Manila Sense 2.5 theme. Thanks to Shadowline for his great Topaz 6.5.3 Rom and Windows Theme. I went ahead and created a custom slider to match his theme. Attached is a zip file with the cab for my theme and Ive also attached a zip file with the two files that need to be copied to your windows folder in order to have the windows start icon. I also attached my wallpaper. Hope you enjoy!

can you tel me how did You get the clock and the battery icons in the top taskbar to be visible at the same time? i'm hendling this a lot of time now and didn't came with any solution...

The wallpaper is the big picture you see in the first post.
I dont know how the clock and battery is up there at the same time, the rom i use has it set up like that. I suggest you try searching for a solution or just try out shadowline's roms.

Its overriding on the energy rom due to the invisible slider that is installed on that rom, i had problems too. I suggest you either try downloading nrgz stock slider cab first then installing mine.
And the cab file is in the zip file. You should unzip the cab file then install it onto your device followed by a softreset and it should be working then.
here is the wallpaper for everyone

i installed the theme but the upper bar (with battery, etc..) doesn't change...

The taskbar icons were downloaded seperately. Cant remember where i found it but you should search in the windows themes section

This is a great theme, I like it very much.

I "guess" you have WM6.5, Sence 2.1 Stock ROM (just a guess).
This is for Sence 2.5... not working for you.

CHT Coloured Notifications rat_2665 (Update: CHT 2.0 version)

Because the CHT 1.7 Notifications don't work with the new CHT 1.8 I adapted them.
Edit: There is no change to CHT 1.8.5. You can use the 1.8 version.
Edit:[29/09/2010] In CHT 2.0 the voice mail icon substitutes the lock icon. In the zip is the manila file and the cab. The lock icon is now a separate icon called CHT_lock_small.png (also in the windows directory). I changed it with the old golden lock icon and added it.

Installation:
Install the cab or copy the manila file in the zip with Total Commander or Resco Explorer to the windows directory. Restart manila. For deinstallation use the Original Notification cab or the original manila file in the zip.

Don't know, what this caused. This mod is simple. It changes only an used image. I've attached the original 6467A103_manila file in the zip in the first post. Try to copy with Total Commander or Resco Explorer in the windows directory of your device and restart manila.

However, i figured out what the problem ist.
Cuz I was still using CHT and Hometab 1.7.1
After updating to 1.8, its working perfect!!!
