Can we assume that you have Hardspl on your phone ? What spl are you running ? What does it say in your bootloader ( tri color ) screen ?
This really should have been asked in " Flashing for noobs " thread, ( where your others were posted ) or in the thread of the 6.5 rom you were trying to flash, Starting a new thread with an individual problem is not good forum etiquette.

There is no video! Just simply follow the instruction in the how to flash sticky theard word by word and it should work!

This helped me
there is a video at the bottom of this link
http://tiltmobility.com/how-to-flash-your-device/
Hope this helps

Please use mskip's sticky for questions like this.
Thanks, thread closed.

Noob Kaiser flashing problem

Can anyone offer some guidence please?
I had an update get to 18% of the grey screen and freeze. Now whenever I switch on my Kaiser it goes into the red/green/blue/white screen.
Info in the screen is .RUUNBH. KAIS130. SPL-1.56.0000. CPLD-8.
I've tried all of the cooked ROMS I can get my paws on but none of them get past 0% of the grey install screen.
Pherelease helllllllllpppp !!
TIA.
Did you HardSPLed? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334679
Thanks for the reply!
NO, I didn't but I'm slurping the file right now.
Your supposed to read before you do anything so you don't brik your phone.

Chillax man; he's only seeking help. A simple answer would do him good even if the answer is out there.
Closed....
First answer is Sorry, if you'd read you would have installed HardSPL BEFORE ANY FLASHING.
Second answer, Search for help with bricked (or stuck in bootloader) devices. There is help avaliable in the forum.
Third answer, we really don't need another "I neglected to read and bricked my device thread".

What in the world are you talking about ?
What ROM? What exactly did you do?
The idea of trying to flash a new ROM, then not being able to start happens quite often, and have different problems & solutions, so try to be a bit more specific.

Here we are again with yet another new member that didn't read or search before posting about how they have flashed a GB kernel over ICS.
See here just a few posts down and here.
I just realized that I never started that guide I was wanting to write... maybe I will start it tomorrow morning.

Hey,
I recently rooted my note 2 via some YouTube link.. Now for some reason I am still getting over the air updates and my recovery mode always goes into the Samsung recovery (only options are wipe data and some others.. The screen is black with a green android mascot )
However all the root apps are working.. So what do I do£
Do I install the update which has come over the airborne not?
Thanks for the help..
You should send us a link to the youtube link and you should get a rom off XDA, it works better and you get more support.
Hope it helps
What next

Have you even gone to the thread for your device and read there? That should be the first thing you do before you do anything on your phone. Following some youtube video then coming here for help is not very considerate. Also you provided no information.
Luckily for you. You have root access but you haven't installed a custom recovery yet. You need to do that next. Then install the rom of your choice. Look in the development section for your device and read the stickies. Good luck.

hi,
yes i did.. there was a video.. i watched a 100 of those before rooting the device .. so in the end i chose one which i thought i was the most comfortable with .
unfortunately this happened and now it has come notice that xda is the overlord of sorts in android .. at the time i didnt kow else i would have followed the xda guide..
hence i ask NOW WHAT.
should i unroot ?
my recovery goes into stock recovery and cwm or twer recovery doesnt work properly .. so hence my question was thus framed..
please give me a suggestion that you see fit

Dude. I just told you what to do. It sounds like you are already rooted so now you flash custom recovery and from there flash the rom of your choice.
