Language support about the rom for Dopod

Hi, guys, I have been a member of this forum for some time, I have been looking for a WM6 rom form my XDA EXEC, I found that Jwrightmcps has released a lot of roms for different model of universal, I have 2 question:
1, If I use the Dopod Rom in my XDA EXEC, can I choose to use Chinese language in the WM configuration?
2, Do I have to unlock it before flash a Dopod ROM into it? can anyone suggest a good unlocker?

German O2 XDA Diamond

Is the German O2 Xda Diamond the same as the HTC touch Diamond i keep reading about? The problem i have my phone is in german and i need a english rom for it. I tried (i think i spell it right) Duffy's WWE ROM, but when it began, it errored out saying wrong id. Can someone help a newbie?? thanks

Yeah XDa diamond is the same! so before you have installed this WWE ROM - have you already done HARD SPL?

I use the "AllmostOfficial 2 Lite", but ...

I use the "AllmostOfficial 2 Lite" on my Qtek 9000 with 64 MB. It is identical
with XDA Exec, HTC Universal, MDA Pro, ...
It works, but my english is worse than bad, so i look for a German WM 6.5
Rom for my Device. Can please someone show me where i can find it?

I have not seen any German 6.5 but could be wrong

Download a ROM is WWE and then change to German in the regional settings
